Camp Lohikan is a private coed summer camp for children 6 to 15 years old. The camp is situated on 1200 acres in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania and has been owned and operated by the Buynak family since 1957. We are hiring for the summer of 2023. Positions include: counselors, sport specialists, art specialists, adventure staff, waterfront staff and support staff.
General counselors will be responsible for caring for children aged 7-16. Sports specialist are responsible for instructing children. Available sports positions include tennis, football, lacrosse, hockey, basketball, softball and baseball. Outdoor adventure roles include ropes course, go carts, archery and hiking. Arts specialists roles include general crafts, ceramics and woodworking. We are also looking for lifeguards and waterfront staff (we provide lifeguard training on site) to drive boats and supervise boating and swimming. Support staff roles (hourly wages) include kitchen, laundry, housekeeping, office, van driver and security staff).
