Since 1967, Camp Med-o-lark has been a non-competitive arts camp in Washington, Maine for kids who think differently: the curious, the kind, and the free-spirited. Every day includes six creative activity experiences, with time to rest before dinner during what we call “Chill Time.” Day trips, excursions, and special events, dreamed up by campers and staff together, round out the session, along with plenty of unstructured time to play, make friends, explore, and simply breathe.
By the end of their stay, campers are bursting with pride to share what they’ve created with fellow campers, friends, and family. Every activity is designed to spark self-expression, build confidence, and lay a foundation for lifelong creativity.
Our Setting
Set on 50 peaceful acres of Maine woodland, our lakefront creative camp is the ideal backdrop for personal expression and ensemble collaboration. Every day is alive with art, music, theatre, circus, and laughter, and the friendships made here last a lifetime.
