Camp Wahoo!...Designed for kids that love horses and the outdoors. The beautfiul North Fork of the Teanaway River northeast of Cle Elum is the home of Camp Wahoo! and is operated by High Country Outfitters. Small living groups of 6 to 7 are part of the uniqueness of this wilderness horse camp. Each camper will practice a learn-by-doing approach, the camp philosophy. The camp sessions are limited to 18 campers and 6 leadership campers. Each camper is assigned their own horse to ride and care for during their stay. Daily trail rides and an overnight trail ride are the highlights of this camp. Campers will also learn to live in harmony with nature while learning outdoor living skills necessary for their overnight trail ride. This is a one of a kind camp in the Northwest! Outward Bound, a national nonprofit organization, offers over 650 adventure-based, wilderness courses - year round - serving adults, teens and youth (ages 12+).

Course activities are nearly endless and include rock climbing, sea kayaking, backpacking, mountaineering, sailing, dogsledding, canoeing and rafting in some of the most untouched wilderness areas across the nation. No matter the activity, courses focus on learning through experience, compassion, leadership and responsibility to both team and the environment. Courses range in length from 4 days to three months in length. Scholarships are available.

Cherith camps cover North America and provide a unique setting away from a camper's normal activities. Camp Cherith is a wonderful environment for teaching Christian values and life skills in the camp setting. It is a place where campers learn to make Christ a part of every aspect of their life.

Each of the 22 camps offer a variety of skill activities and outdoor experiences from the traditional camp experiences such as archery, swimming, crafts, and canoeing, to activities such as waterskiing, rock climbing, sailing, and mountain biking that are unique to their geographical area. Some camps have girls weeks, boys weeks, coed, or a combination. Cherith Camping has been around for 60 plus years, is inter-denominational, and affiliated with Pioneer Clubs. Camp Four Echoes, our 220-acre resident Girl Scout camp, is located on the wooded shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene near Worley, Idaho. Our programs include sailing, windsurfing, swimming, canoeing, backpacking, kayaking, arts and crafts, hiking, archery, and outdoor skills.

At Camp Four Echoes we strive to provide girls with enriching outdoor education and waterfront activities along with traditional camp fun. All campers will have the option to participate in all camp activities; theatre, song, and camp fires. We provide the qualities and skills girls need to achieve self-confidence, sufficiency and positive self-image. Whether already a Girl Scout or not, we strive to provide an amazing experience at Camp Four Echoes.

Located on 185 acres of forest, wetlands and waterfront Killoqua provides a unique outdoor experience for youth and adults throughout the year. Killoqua's 185 acres of forest, gamefields and lakefront offer a wide variety of spaces for creative programs and activities. Killoqua offers camping based on the philosophy of Camp Fire USA: emphasis on the small group, individual attention, acceptance of differences and a loosely-structured child-centered approach. Programs focus on appreciation of the out-of-doors, democratic group living, non-competitive sports, skill development, concern for others, fun and friendship.

Providing a Christian community experience which empowers individuals to identify religious truths as they interact with the world around them. Campers enjoy an outdoor heated swimming pool, easy access to the Wallace River, an archery range, basketball court, overnight camping spots, and large play fields with plenty of sports equipment. The arts and crafts center is kept well stocked. Many campers take advantage of the ropes course and evening worship services are held at the chapel or at the campfire circle.

Camp Huston's Adventure Program may be for you! The Adventure Program helps you develop solid backpacking and wilderness travel skills while having fun in the outdoors. Living together away from modern conveniences, observing nature first hand, and working to build your group as a community - you'll experience all this and more!

Since 1950, tens of thousands of campers have experienced CYO Summer Camping. They tell us that one of the best things we do is provide a positive , supportive community in which each camper is valued and appreciated.

Activities include: swimming, boating, archery, mountain biking, crafts, challenge course, garden, sports, culinary, etc. Camp season opens in June and ends in August. Sessions are 7 and 9 days. Campers are coed ages 6-17.

Easter Seals Washington is committed to helping people with disabilities and providing support for their families. At Easter Seals Washington Camp Stand By Me, we provide residential summer camp for children and adults with disabilities.

Campers participate in a variety of activities designed to provide fun and recreation while building and enhancing physical, social and emotional skills. Trained and certified specialists provide instruction and recreational supervision for these activities: archery, swimming (in the accessible indoor pool), campfire programs, creative arts, boating and fishing.

It's paddling a boat filled with sand and small rocks to make cement on a remote beach in the San Blas Islands... The Road Less Traveled is removing ourselves from the familiar spaces we know too well, and venturing into places that inspire us not only to explore our surroundings, but also ourselves.

Service Learning Programs offer 72-80 hours of service work, language immersiona and adventure activities. Adventure Expeditions offer rock-climbing, backpacking, ice and snow mountaineering, whitewater rafting, kayaking, desert hiking and trekking. Global Perspectives programs offer 36-75 hours of formal language instruction, language immersion, adventure and cultural activities. Program length varies from 2-6 weeks.

Camp Nor'wester provides a unique outdoor living experience where young people are challenged to develop skills that increase self confidence and encourage respect, responsibility and compassion for themselves, their community and the environment. Camp Nor'wester offers two 4-week sessions for campers 11-16 years of age and two 2-week sessions for campers 9-10.

Activities include: sailing, kayaking, high/low ropes course, arts and crafts, drama, nature studies, archery, adobe oven. Out of camp overnights for everyone; 4-5 day trips for 13-16 year olds.

SAMBICA is a Christian camp for boys and girls that is located in Bellevue, Washington which is 15 minutes outside of Seattle. SAMBICA resides on the shores of Lake Sammamish and we use the lake to take our campers wakeboarding, skiing, kayaking, and tubing. We provide day camps, resident camps, and a High School leadership program (ELITE) during the summer.

Approximately 90 staff members are hired each summer to run the camp operations in roles such as counselors, lifeguards, boat drivers, leadership staff, and kitchen staff. Over 2,000 children attend SAMBICA's summer programs each year. We provide a safe and fun environment for campers and staff while focusing on the importance of a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
