Merestead Field Hockey & Lacrosse CampsMerestead, the oldest sports camp for girls in the United States, moves into its 66th consecutive season of summer camps for individual players, teams and coaches. Merestead offers camps with unique programs in field hockey, lacrosse, or both sports, which encourages players to grow and excel as athletes and team players. Merestead is for girls ages 11-18 years. From its beginnings in 1946, Merestead has emphasized the international ties that link players of these two great international sports.
Merestead's coaching staff includes experienced U.S. high school and college coaches, many of whom have played or coached at the U.S. level. Wellspring New YorkWellspring New York is the only weight loss program exclusively for young women, between the ages of 11-24. At Wellspring New York, you'll make lifelong friends with young women your own age, at a summer weight loss program that will change your life. Wellspring New York offers a 3 week, 6 week or 9 week program.
Because you'll be losing weight alongside young women just like you, you'll find the environment extremely safe and supportive. The young women of Wellspring New York are divided into the separate programs of Lower Camp, Middle Camp, and Upper Camp (18 and older). Wellspring New York utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy in individual and group sessions to maximize weight loss and long-term behavioral change. The cognitive behavioral therapy continues after camp ends through a three-month after-care weight loss program.
Camp RunoiaTradition, leadership, caring, fun and adventure for girls aged 8-15. Camp Runoia is located on more than 85 acres on Great Pond, a crystal clear lake in Central Maine and is about learning to live with other people, sharing ideas and working out differences.

International Riding CampThe INTERNATIONAL RIDING CAMP was established in 1978 for girls 7-17, who love horses and riding.. Located 90 miles Northwest of NYC, the riding camp provides an environment in which horse lovers can experience various riding disciplines including English riding and polo. We offer a well rounded equestrian camp program along with water skiing, tennis, arts and crafts and a heated pool.
Our campers ride three hours a day, six days a week. This intensive program allows our campers to experience success in graduated steps, promoting their self esteem and confidence. Since all of our campers love horses, their common interest allows them to make new friends right away. Our equestrian camp also offers riding during the winter at our stable at the Windsor Equestrian Center in Vero Beach, FL and at the El Venado Polo Ranch in Argentina. Camp Betsey CoxCamp Betsey Cox is a rustic, outdoors experience for young women growing up in our global world. Forrestel Farm Riding & Sports CampForrestel Riding & Sports Camp is a fully accredited ACA premiere English riding camp established in1980. We offer one, two and four week sessions ages 7-16 some co-ed and some just for girls. Our historic 800 acre working farm is located 40 miles east of Niagara Falls, NY. Our international and local riding counselors are all qualified, experienced and passionate about teaching our campers to ride. Riding instruction at Forrestel includes structured ring work and cross country riding.
Our campers can choose to ride once or twice daily. Each child is assigned their own horse. Forrestel Riding & Sports Camp programs are designed to help campers develop confidence and explore new opportunities. We limit our enrollment which enables us to have more one on one time with each child. Camp Kippewa for GirlsExperience customized camping at Camp Kippewa, a unique all-girls overnight camp in Maine for ages 7 to 15. In each 4-week session, girls create their own weekly schedule from a tremendous array of activities, participating in six activity blocks daily.
The Arts program offers over 20 disciplines of fine arts & crafts and dance & theater. Onsite horseback riding facilities host an unbeatable Equestrian program where campers can ride daily. Lake Cobbosseecontee is the perfect setting for top-notch Water Sports instruction in waterskiing, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and kayaking. Campers live in spacious, airy, modern cabins with electricity, hot water, and bathrooms. Road's End Farm Horsemanship CampRoad's End Farm is a small summer camp that appeals to girls who love being around horses, caring for them, and riding for enjoyment rather than competition. Being an integral part of a 360 acre farm with 45 saddle horses and 20 miles of bridle paths, the camp program provides campers with unlimited exposure to horses and rural life in a picturesque setting at the end of a quiet road. Lake swimming, river canoeing, and arts & crafts round out a camp program that also allows each camper free time to pursue personal interests.
