American Dance Training Camp

Girls' Camp with Residential & Day Camp Sessions

HEY GIRLS - THERE ARE ENDLESS REASONS TO DANCE - HERE ARE JUST A FEW:
1. Feel Great: Studies show that dance can increase self-confidence and help build social skills.
2. Find Your Life's Rhythm: Our bodies and our lives are ordered by rhythms great and small, so moving in rhythms feels great.
3. Reduce Your Stress: Movement plus rhythm creates an anxiety-reducing, meditative state.
4. Boost Your Immune System: Rhythmic movement is so beneficial that dancers have healthier immune systems than equally fit athletes.
5. Zap Your Boredom: Dance is an endlessly varied form of physical activity with strong mind-body & social components; if you like it, you're likely to stick with it.

ADTC has numerous dance camp locations, all just minutes from renowned destination resorts. Our unique locations mean that ADTC campers have access to all the traditional activities you'd want to enjoy at a summer camp, as well as all of the amenities you'd expect to find at a mountain resort. At ADTC, we have just as much fun outside the dance studio as we do in class. Join us for a fun-filled dance camp experience you'll never forget. We hope to see you soon!

Cottonwood Gulch Foundation

Wilderness Adventure Program

Backpack up a mountain, live in a canyon, survey with an archaeologist, go rock climbing, restore burrowing owl habitat, silversmith your own jewelry, become best friends with someone you won't meet anywhere else - all in one summer. And we've been doing this longer than just about everyone--since 1926, our traveling expeditions have explored the Four Corners area, backpacking into remote wilderness areas, canoeing river canyons and exploring ancestral Puebloan ruins and the modern cultures of the Southwest.

Friendships and lessons learned at the Gulch last a lifetime, and a large number of our Trekkers and staff "70%-75%" return for another summer. Expeditions range from 2-6 weeks in length and are for those ages 10-19. Options include both single-sex and co-ed groups. Call or email for a free brochure, or just to chat with us about why we love what we do!
