Summer Institute for the Gifted
Coed Camps with Residential & Day Camp Sessions
Gifted students in grades K-12 can participate in the renowned Summer Institute for the Gifted (SIG) program. Hosted at some of the most famous colleges and universities in the country such as Princeton University, Dartmouth College and UC Berkeley, SIG has the best well-rounded program for gifted students as it combines academics, social, cultural and recreational opportunities. Students live and learn on campus for three-weeks, leaving with the additional confidence gained by an experience that is all their own.
Because of our small classes, low teacher-student ratio, and teaching assistants, SIG is able to individualize the program for each and every student. Student safety, security and health are our top priority as SIG programs are well staffed for careful supervision. Ten day programs are available for younger students and most of our residential programs have a commuter option. Our more than 25 years of experience have made us the leading organization in the field.

Windham-Tolland 4-H Camp
Coed Camp with Residential & Day Camp SessionsThe Windham Tolland 4-H camp is located in Pomfret Center Connecticut. The Camp now runs a seven week comprehensive progam. Campers need not be 4-H members to apply. Our 270 acres contain woodlands, cabins, recreational areas, and scenic ponds. Our goal is to use cooperative activities to promote each camper's social and emotional development. Our caring, camper-centered staff is committed to providing safe, educational and fun experiences for every child.
The camp is run by the Windham County 4-H Foundation, a non profit organization. The camp is in compliance with ADA regulations for camps.

For campers, ages 9-15, interested in broadening their horizons through new challenges and exciting True Life Adventures!
Senior Camp activities include swimming, sports, art, cooking, broadcast media, music production, mythbusters (science exploration), outdoor adventure, martial arts, fencing, archery and more. 2 to 10 week options. Extended day available.
Camp Ramaquois

Camp Ramaquois is tucked into the foothills of the Ramapo Mountains in Pomona, New York (Rockland County). Tall trees, rolling hills, babbling brooks, and mountain ranges surround our magnificent 44 acres and our 5 acre, crystalline spring-fed lake. We are only 30 minutes from the George Washington Bridge via the scenic Palisades Parkway and 15 minutes from the Tappan Zee Bridge.
Our main goal is to provide Ramaquois campers with a healthy, happy and rewarding summer experience. Each child's camp experience plays a very important role in his/her maturation. Our campers are encouraged to experience new skills, work with their peers and counselors, develop independence and assume responsibility.

The ESF Sporrts Camp, For the boy or girl, ages 7 -14, who simply loves sports! Nine sports featured weekly for beginner, intermediate and advanced level athletes: Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Street Hockey, European Team Handball, Lacrosse, Golf, Tennis (selected sites).

Usdan Center for the Creative and Performing Arts
Coed Day Camp
Usdan Center for the Creative and Performing Arts (www.usdan.com) is the arts day camp declared a "Best Of" camp by TimeOutNY/Kids, NY Metro Parents, and Long Island Press. The 2010 season begins on June 28th at the Center's 200-acre woodland campus on Long Island. Usdan is open to young people ages 6 to 18, and no audition is required - rather, admission is based on an expression of interest in the arts. Each summer, 1,600 students travel to the Center each day on air-conditioned buses that depart from neighborhoods throughout the New York metropolitan area.
Usdan was formed to provide the arts as a companion for life through great teaching and the camaraderie of fellow students whose common bond is their love of the arts. Usdan offers more than 40 programs in Music, Theater, Dance, Visual Arts, Nature, Chess, and Writing. Although Usdan's mission is for every child to establish a skill-based relationship with the arts, the unique stimulation of the Center has caused many to go on to professional careers. Alumni include singers Mariah Carey, Natalie Portman, and jazz singer Jane Monheit, as well as members of major music, theater, and dance ensembles throughout the world.

ESF Tennis Camp

The ESF Tennis Camp, for boys & girls 6-15, is divided into full-day, morning, and afternoon programs and offers 1-10 week options. The full-day program runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the morning program runs from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the afternoon program runs from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM. Club O.T., our extended day program, gives you the opportunity to drop off your child(ren) early and pick-up your children late.

National Computer Camps
Residential and day coed summer computer camps
Where learning and fun are rolled into one. . . Now in our 32nd year, National Computer Camp is America's original computer camp since 1977. The focus at NCC is 2D and 3D video game design, computer programming, digital video production, web page design, A+ and Network+ certification and software applications including networking, animation, Flash and graphics. Each week we offer all levels of programming in Basic, C++, Java, Assembler, HTML, XML, OpenGL and JavaScript.
Campers may attend one or multi-week sessions with a continuous curriculum that is age appropriate and suitable for beginners to super advanced. Channel 3 Kids Camp provides high quality summer camp programs for Connecticut children aged 6-12. The camp strives to make the program affordable to every Connecticut family. Activities include swimming, sports, archery, arts and crafts, camping, computers, high ropes course, nature and garden, performing arts, and video.
Channel 3 Kids Camp seeks to employ individuals who wish to provide children with the best possible summer experience. Each summer, over 900 campers will attend overnight, day, and Teen Leadership programs. Established as Incarnation Camp in 1886, our historic roots and strong alumni support enable us to offer the best in summer camping at half the cost of comparable sleep away programs. Pequot & Sherwood campers choose the layout of thier day from a roster of activities which include field and court sports, fine arts and crafting, performance arts, waterfront (canoe, sail, waterslide, etc.), outdoor adventure, and more! All campers recieve swim and boating instruction every day in our mile-long, crystal clear private lake which is the heart of our 740 acre forested site.
Pioneer Village for Teens, located across our lake, is a 4, 6, or 8 week program where campers have the oppurtunity to explore beautiful New England on hike, bike, and canoe trips.

In 1957 Walter Bloom started Camp Playland, "the day camp with the away camp atmosphere". Today, Walter's sons, Gary and Richard Bloom, continue the tradition of camping excellence. Gary and his wife, Barbara, own and operate the New Canaan campus of Camp Playland on 18 beautiful, wooded acres. Camp Playland of Redding, located on 36 wooded acres, is owned and operated by Richard and his wife, Barbara.
Camp Playland combines the finest staff with the most beautiful facility to provide children ages 3 to 12 with a safe, fun filled and instructional summer. Activities include swimming in heated pools, athletics, boating and fishing, arts & crafts, archery, nature, theater, tennis, ropes course, and more.
