Gifted students ages 4-17 can participate in the renowned Summer Institute for the Gifted (SIG) program. Hosted at pretigious colleges and universities, SIG has an excellent well-rounded program for gifted students as it combines academics, social, cultural and recreational opportunities. Our programs provide students with academic challenges designed to fit their abilities and interests. It also provides them with the opportunity to engage with other students who have similar abilities and interests. Because of our small classes, low teacher-student ratio, and an assistant in every class, we are able to individualize the program for each student. Students live and learn on campus for three weeks, leaving with the confidence gained by an experience that is all their own.

Since 1950, the Idyllwild Arts Summer Program, formerly known as ISOMATA, has offered intensive workshops in dance, film/video, music, theatre, visual arts and creative writing to students of all ages and abilities including families, in the spectacular San Jacinto Moutains of Southern California.
Early July-Late August. Most programs are two weeks long. Children, 5-12, Junior Artists, 11-13, Youth, 13-18.

Since 2003, PlanetBravo's Techno-tainment Camp has been allowing kids to explore their love of computers and technology, while still ensuring plenty of fun in the sun! Campers at Techno-tainment Camp work in one-week sessions on chosen projects from one of over a dozen fun and exciting courses!
Techno-tainment Camp is available for students entering grades 2-9 and runs Monday - Friday from 8:30am until 4:30pm. Located on an oceanfront property in Southern California, Academy by the Sea/Camp Pacific offers a wide range of dynamic summer programs for students and campers. Program selections include: Academic Enrichment, Academic Credit Courses, English as a Second Language, JROTC Leadership and Camp Pacific with different excursion options. During their stay, all students and campers receive specialized instruction in their areas of interest.
