FOR KIDS ONLY...keep reading! Everything you want from a summer camp is at Fairview Lake YMCA. When you sign up for our traditional sleep away camp, you get to make your own schedule and choose the activities you like most! Our great activities include windsurfing/sailing, archery, arts & crafts, canoeing, rock climbing, dance, drama, in-line skating, kayaking, high and low-ropes courses, snorkeling, street hockey, swimming, voice, guitar, and of course tons of other sports options. We also have a horseback riding camp and other specialty camps for tennis, fine arts, sailing/windsurfing. Some of these specialty camps are only for boys and others are only for girls. If you are the adventurous type, you might want to sign up for one of our challenging adventure trips where you can do some real rock climbing, backpacking, canoeing safaris, fishing, biking or cave exploring.

Camp Northwood

Camp Northwood is oriented toward children with low self-esteem, immature social skill development, learning challenges and Asperger's Syndrome in need of a structured and supportive summer experience. Northwood's program focuses on the development of independence, social skills and self-image.
Campers participate in a non-competitive, socially oriented, "main-streamed" styled program. A 2:1 camper/counselor ratio provides a level of individualization at activities and in the cabin setting insuring success. In addition to traditional camp activities, campers participate in an individually designed academic program intended to help maintain current skill levels throughout the summer.
Northwood campers are exposed to a variety of social experiences designed to foster age-appropriate social skill development. Group social skill sessions and constant reinforcement within the cabin setting cultivate growth in each camper's ability to work as part of a team, interpret social situations and feel a sense of inclusion in our camp community.

Camp Cody for Boys and Girls is part of a camping heritage that goes back to 1926. Nestled on the sandy beaches of beautiful Lake Ossipee amidst the White Mountains of New Hampshire, Cody offers a summer experience rich in fun, friendship, learning and adventure. Cody is a traditional summer camp for both girls and boys - campers range in age from seven to fifteen. Camp Cody is situated on nearly one hundred acres of naturally wooded property and a mile of superb sandy shoreline on Lake Ossipee. Our lake is four miles long and two miles wide with a natural sand bottom and is warm and clear. Our magnificent National Forest setting provides us with unlimited outdoor opportunities, in addition to the many in-camp activities we offer.

Camp Li-Lo-Li is a Christian camp nestled on 440+ acres of mountain splendor in the Southern Tier of New York State right near Allegany State Park. With its own small lake, babbling brooks, and adventurous wilderness setting, it's a good place for all to come. Featured at Li-Lo-Li are its water sports activities with a pool, a lake, and the Allegany River for those long canoeing rides. Horseback riding for both new and experienced riders can include trail rides into the surrounding mountains.
The "Promised Land" Ropes Challenge Course adds breathtaking excitement with all of its ground and treetop events. There are also a variety of sports activities, arts & crafts, hayrides, campfires, achievement programs for learning camping skills, and much, much more.
The Rock Farm
Residential Coed Rock-n-Roll Camp
A mountaintop campus, multiple rock studios, acoustic and electronic drum kits, amplifiers, guitars and basses of all types, keyboards, large assortment of percussion instruments are combined to create The Rock Farm. TRF's program offers lessons in guitar, drums, and/or bass guitar; songwriting and improvisation classes; staff-directed bands; and great performance and recording opportunities for boys and girls ages 8-16. Sessions range from 2 to 8 weeks.
TRF campers spend most of their day in band rehearsals, music lessons, and individual practice time, while still having time each day to try other activity areas at TRF's sister camp, Camp Ballibay. Activities include a theater program (one-act plays), a camp radio station, fine arts (painting, drawing, ceramics, photography, printmaking), horseback riding program, swimming instruction, daily sports activities, and movement programs. Camp meals emphasize health, seasonality, whole local ingredients and sustainability. An on-site garden provides some produce and opportunities for camper participation.

The Woodlands Foundation offers over-night summer camps, weekend retreats and additional after- school programs for individuals of all ages with disability and chronic illness. Participants have the opportunity to learn, have fun, and make friends! All of our programs are fully adaptive, accessible and take place on our campus with climate controlled facilities and a caring and trained staff.

Camp Ballibay for the Fine & Performing Arts

Located on a beautiful mountaintop campus in Northeastern PA, Camp Ballibay offers a wide range of non-competitive fine and performing arts activities with horseback riding, swimming and daily sports activities. Our program is completely individual choice: campers can focus on a single activity all day, pick several to focus on, or try a little of everything! Sessions run 3 to 6 weeks for boys and girls ages 8-16.
The summer ends with a special two-week theater intensive for beginning and intermediate performers: Camptown Theater Workshop. The structured program includes seminar-style classes in many aspects of theater craft, a focused scene workshop in which each camper will participate in several Shakespeare and musical theatre scenes (performed at the end of the two weeks), and a full-CTW camper/staff chorus. Campers also have two hours of elective time per day in which all of our major program areas are available.

Located in the foothills of New Hampshire's White Mountains, the Cardigan Mountain School Summer Session combines academic review and enrichment with all of the recreation and fun of a traditional summer camp for boys and birls in grades 3-9. In the mornings, students can hone their skills in math or reading; work on study skills, note taking or test prep; or challenge themselves through literature, rocketry, robotics or foreign language courses.
Classes in music, pottery, drama, and photography highlight the arts program, and Cougar Clinics give students the opportunity to practice a favorite sport or learn a new one. With so many choices, each student can design his or her ideal summer experience. In the afternoons and weekends, the 500 acre lakeside campus provides an ideal setting for sports, swimming, sailing, and simply enjoying summer in New Hampshire. Forrestel Riding & Sports Camp is a fully accredited ACA premiere English riding camp established in1980. We offer one, two and four week sessions ages 7-16 some co-ed and some just for girls. Our historic 800 acre working farm is located 40 miles east of Niagara Falls, NY. Our international and local riding counselors are all qualified, experienced and passionate about teaching our campers to ride. Riding instruction at Forrestel includes structured ring work and cross country riding.
Our campers can choose to ride once or twice daily. Each child is assigned their own horse. Forrestel Riding & Sports Camp programs are designed to help campers develop confidence and explore new opportunities. We limit our enrollment which enables us to have more one on one time with each child. Breathtaking surroundings, excellent facilities, innovative curriculum, and outstanding instruction are combined to create the Endless Mountains Dance Camp. Located on a beautiful mountaintop in Northeastern Pennsylvania, EMDC is a summer haven for the experienced dancer, boys and girls ages 8 through 16. EMDC combines the best of professional-level instruction with an understanding of kids, the joy of dance, and a love of nature and the outdoors.
During the two-week intensive, campers spend most of their day in dance classes and rehearsals, while still having time each day to try other activity areas at EMDC's sister camp, Camp Ballibay. All EMDC campers take technique classes in ballet, modern or jazz, as well as improvisation, composition/choreography, and musical theater. In addition to growing our Dance on Camera program, new classes are always being introduced. Each session ends with a Dance Concert consisting of choreography by the dance staff and company in-residence.

Alfred University's residential summer programs offer in-depth instruction in Astronomy, Art Portfolio Prep, Creative Writing, Chemistry, Computers, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Robotics, Theater, Equestrian and Swimming. Classes, taught by distinguished members of the University faculty, are kept small to allow for lots of individualized attention. When not in class, campers enjoy participating in fun recreational activities along with taking time to relax and get to know one another. Out-of-class supervision is provided by our team of Resident Assistants, who are specially trained to serve as camp counselors, positive role models, mentors and friends.
Our campus is located in a safe, peaceful village in western New York State, surrounded by rolling hills and beautiful meadows and valleys. Faith Ranch is a Christian Camp located in Eastern OH. Faith Ranch offers horse instruction from qualified instructors. Each week day you will spend 3 hours with your horse enjoying barn, ring and trail classes. Cabin groups decide daily their afternoon activities which include crafts, archery, roping practice, canoeing, rappelling, colt training and more. Come and encounter the west on these 4000 acres of reclaimed ground. Evenings you may enjoy hayrides, cookouts, campfires, barndances and more. Open house is the second Sunday in May.

The Farm Arts Camp is located on an exquisitely beautiful mountaintop campus in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The Farm focuses on a love of the arts and outdoors, with a strong emphasis on visual arts (painting, drawing, photography, printmaking, & ceramics) and traditional camp activities such as horseback riding, boating, outdoor cooking, camping, hiking, and nature study. We offer a wide range of non-competitive activities in a fun, friendly traditional camp setting.
Campers at The Farm also have access to programs at The Farm's sister camp, Camp Ballibay, including a full music program (instrumental, vocal, and rock/folk/pop music instruction), a theater program (one-act plays), a camp radio station, swimming instruction, daily sports activities, and movement programs. Camp meals emphasize health, seasonality, whole local ingredients and sustainability. An on-site garden provides some produce and opportunities for camper participation.

Camp Sequoia is an overnight summer camp for children ages 8-17 who need help with social skills. Located on the beautiful campus of the Hill School in Pottstown, PA (40 miles northwest of Philadelphia, PA) our innovative program utilizes Michelle Garcia Winner's Social Thinking® framework to help campers build their social thinking skills through a traditional camp program. The Camptown Theater Workshop is a residential theater program for beginning and intermediate performers ages 8-16. Campers have daily seminar-style classes in many aspects of theatre craft, Shakespeare scene workshops, and daily rehearsal of musical theatre scenes. The Shakespeare and musical theater scenes are performed at the end of the two weeks.
Campers also have two hours of elective time per day in which all of the major program areas of The Ballibay Camps are available. After dinner, campers and staff gather for rehearsal of the full-camp chorus, one of the most exciting parts of this unique and intense workshop program.

Camp Kodiak is an integrated, non-competitive camp serving children and teens with and without LD, ADHD, NLD and Asperger Syndrome. Our campers range in age from 6 to 18. Our program includes a SOCIAL SKILLS PROGRAM, an ACADEMIC PROGRAM and over 50 sports & activities. We build confidence and self-esteem by structuring all activities, athletic, artistic and social, to ensure success. Our staff includes teachers, psychologists, social workers, child & youth workers and recreation specialists. Our camper-to-staff ratio is 2-to-1 and our cabin groups are small.
We are located 2 1/2 hours northeast of Toronto in the beautiful Parry Sound vacation area. Our facilities include modern, lakefront, log cabins with full bathrooms and showers, 425 acres of land and 2 1/2 miles of lakefront. Our extensive indoor and outdoor facilities mean that the fun never stops, rain or shine. We are accredited members of the Ontario Camps Association and the Canadian Camping Association.
In 2007, at parents' request, we started a program for campers age 19 and over.

Located at Haverford College, one of America's top liberal arts schools, Enrichment offers expert instruction in the arts, cooking, business, SAT Prep and dozens of other popular subjects along with sports, activities, trips and special programs. It all adds up to a great summer experience!
The Majors are Business, Music, Fashion, Cooking, Community Service, and SAT/ACT/PSAT Prep. These academic courses focus on the progressive development of skills and knowledge, with students working toward a final project, presentation or performance. Drawn mostly from top local schools and colleges, our instructors are career educators who have devoted their professional lives to the educational, emotional and social development of young people.
Discovery courses cover an incredibly wide range of interesting subjects. This is your chance to explore new ideas, skills and experiences in a friendly atmosphere of discovery and growth.
Camp Nashoba North
Coed Camp with Residential and Day Sessions
Nashoba North offers a wonderful summer camp experience for boys and girls ages 7 to 15. Located on the shore of Crescent Lake in the Sebago Lake region of southern Maine, Nashoba North is nestled on ninety-five acres of pinewoods and open fields. Campers enjoy breathtaking mountain views and serene peacefulness.
We have a large array of water sports on crystal clear Crescent Lake. Beautiful facilities and cabins are bright and equipped with showers, toilets and electricity. Individual camper schedules. Nashoba has tennis, soccer, theater, dance, archery, pottery, baseball, basketball, woodworking, animal care, art, rock-climbing, and much more! Extensive riding and golf programs. We have an energetic staff in a supportive atmosphere with an fantastic 3 to 1 camper/staff ratio. Excellent health care staff.
Nashoba North is a non-sectarian ACA accredited camp. International campers are welcome. 4, 7, and 8 week sessions; two 1-week horseback riding program; 15 Discovery program for first time campers in grade 5 or below.
Longacre Leadership
Residential coed summer camp
Longacre Leadership is a summer program for teenagers ages 12-18. We are based on a 200-acre farm in central Pennsylvania. Longacre offers two summer sessions, four-weeks and six-weeks. Both begin July 1st.
Here are three things you should know about Longacre. One, you'll have a lot of choice. We offer farming, gardening, horseback riding, community service, the arts, outdoor adventure, and athletics. You choose what you do every day. Two, we offer a lot of support. Longacre is about building lasting friendships. Our staff give teenagers the support they need: the confidence to take a risk, the encouragement to do a favor, the patience to work in a team. Three, we teach communication skills. Direct communication can be hard. We give teenagers the confidence to clarify their thoughts and then the skills to communicate.
Notes: Longacre promotes diversity. Enrollment is capped at 72 teenagers.

At Vermont Adventure Camps you will do more than just go on daily adventures. Our camp is a unique and challenging program that enables teens to reach new heights in individual and group development. Individuals work as in teams throughout their camp experience. Campers will complete challenging activities and focus on valuable life skills. Most of which can be applied to everyday situations. The non-competitive, non-judgmental environment fosters feelings of synergy and creative problem solving to expand communication, trust and leadership goals.
The activities are designed to build respect and confidence, while allowing campers to be actively involved in the learning process by thinking, feeling and doing. Our staff will work with your teen with the time they spend at camp and try to meet there individual needs and goals. The program operates on the philosophy of "challenge by choice" where each individual determines the level of involvement best suited to him or her while still contributing to the team process.

FOR KIDS ONLY...keep reading! Everything you want from a summer camp is at Fairview Lake YMCA. When you sign up for our traditional sleep away camp, you get to make your own schedule and choose the activities you like most! Our great activities include windsurfing/sailing, archery, arts & crafts, canoeing, rock climbing, dance, drama, in-line skating, kayaking, high and low-ropes courses, snorkeling, street hockey, swimming, voice, guitar, and of course tons of other sports options. We also have a horseback riding camp and other specialty camps for tennis, fine arts, sailing/windsurfing. Some of these specialty camps are only for boys and others are only for girls. If you are the adventurous type, you might want to sign up for one of our challenging adventure trips where you can do some real rock climbing, backpacking, canoeing safaris, fishing, biking or cave exploring.
We have over 600 acres of forests and fields, a 70,000-acre national park in our backyard and a mile-long beautiful lake for you to explore. Our kids and counselors come from all over the world.
