A private independent camp, with emphasis on traditional camping blended with a fresh approach of choosing from over 30 activities, with specialized training at each activity-Personal growth of campers and respect are integral to the camp culture.
It's easy for campers to have fun and even make friends at camp but the goal is for your child to make unique types of friendships; friendships that last a lifetime and for campers to grow up in a community that teaches respect, tolerance, and an appreciation for what the world has to offer. With 190 staff (one third college graduates!) for just over 400 campers we are able to meet the individual needs of every single child.
Activities include almost all sports, arts, and outdoor adventure. Session length: two weeks (for youngest campers), four weeks or seven weeks.

Residential Coed Fitness and Weight Loss Camps
Wellspring Camps provide a scientifically-based behavioral change program focused on long-term weight loss. The goal of Wellspring Camps is to expose campers who are more than 20 pounds overweight to different ways to get in shape and lose weight so that they continue to be active after camp ends.
Campers are typically grouped by age and gender, maximizing the program for each participant's needs and body type. In addition to recreational activities, campers meet with doctorate-level behavior coaches to make long-lasting changes in attitude and self esteem.

Immerse in the world of visual arts at this summer camp! For two weeks, ages 13-18 foster their creativity through either filmmaking, photography or web design. Teens choose from one of three courses: Film Production with Final Cut Studio, Professional Photography or Professional Web Design. Students will use industry-standard products like Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Final Cut Pro 7, DSLR cameras, Flash, Dreamweaver and Wacom Pen Tablets.

WHERE ADVENTURES BEGIN! Since 1943, Canadian and international campers have joined together for a summer of fun, laughter, friendships, and memories. Located on Fairy Lake in the beautiful Muskoka region of Ontario, Swallowdale Camp welcomes campers 7 - 15 years of age. We also have an LIT Leadership Programme available for young persons who are 16 years old.
Our campers are never bored. Each day, we offer a variety of exciting land and water activities led by enthusiastic and caring staff. Campers have 5 activity periods each day and may choose their activities from the following: Canoeing, Fishing, Kayaking, Sailing, Swimming, Windsurfing, Archery, Basketball, Mountain Biking, Disc Sports, Ball Hockey, Soccer, Tennis and Volleyball, Arts & Crafts and Woodworking. VIVRE L'EXPÉRIENCE! Are you looking for an exciting bilingual experience for your children this summer? Located in the heart of Montréal, we offer 15 hours of quality language instruction per week, in addition to exciting cultural excursions, sports, activities and day trips.
Summer school need not be boring! The educational language programme at Brébeuf is both fun and exciting. Professional language instructors provide a bilingual environment for students coming to learn or improve their French or English. Placement testing upon arrival ensures that students are in the most-appropriate language level. As they improve... they move to new levels. At the same time, students are given coloured lanyards to ensure that staff always communicate with them in their language of choice.
Each day, students participate in a range of activities on-campus such as tennis, volleyball, art, and swimming. Full day excursions may include trips to Mont-Tremblant, Québec, and Ottawa. Our wilderness canoe trips take us through some of the most beautiful country in the world. Northwaters offers a unique blend of adventure and personal growth in a highly supportive environment. While the experience is challenging, it is not about conquering rivers or mountains, but about learning from the land in a spirit that honors balance, trust and respect. We believe that when participants learn how to handle life on the trail, they become better equipped to handle life in general. Teeth to the Wind!

Fireside Adventures is a Canadian youth adventure program located in British Columbia, Ontario and Nova Scotia. We provide youth aged 13 - 17 guided adventures, leadership training and outdoor recreation activities in some of Canada's most scenic locations.
We are a mobile, teen travel program exploring various outdoor and urban locations such as Whistler, Vancouver, Tofino, Toronto, Algonquin Park, Temagami, Cape Breton, Halifax, Peele Island, Ottawa, Montreal, and a number of popular back country locations.
Depending on your program choice, our activities range from canoeing, hiking, backpacking, orienteering, camping, environmental education, leadership training, and outdoor team building activities.

-Oak Acres Children's Camp
Residential coed summer campOak Acres Children's Camp is a not-for-profit summer camp for children aged 7-12. The children are not charged a fee for attending. Our staff consists of a combination of paid, trained counselors and volunteers.
The campers at Oak Acres have the opportunity to participate in many activities including horseback riding, archery, orienteering and hiking, arts and crafts, swimming, canoeing, and low ropes initiatives. The campers are placed into gender based cabin groups of 5-8 children. Each group has a counselor who is directly responsible for the care of the children during their stay.

Residential coed summer campHundreds of children from NB, PEI and NS travel to Thorburn, NS where they bunk in cabins on the banks of the Sutherland's River. In addition to Salvation Army-run camps, Scotian Glen hosts camps for the Nova Scotia Cancer Society and Nova Scotia Firefighters Burn Treatment Society.
Activities such as canoeing, swimming, hiking, archery, horseshoes, volleyball, soccer, baseball and basketball fill the days. Days end by the campfire with a sing-a-long and marshmallow roast. Scotian Glen makes memories for kids that last a lifetime in a safe and caring environment.
