The cognitive behavioral therapy continues after camp ends through a three-month after-care weight loss program.

Campers (5th grade & higher) select their own activities each morning. Campers sign-up with their friends, so they can attend the same activities together that day. Younger campers are provided an activity schedule geared to their age.

Summer Study ProgramsSummer Study Programs offer students a unique summer opportunity which combines stimulating academics with unforgettable sports, recreational, social and/or cultural activities. Summer Study Programs is the "Total Pre-Collegiate Experience" at Penn State University, the University of Colorado at Boulder, the University of Vermont, or Summer Study in Paris at The Sorbonne. 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 weeks - early July to mid August.
Summer Study Programs focuses on Pre-College, Academic Enrichment and Outdoor Adventure. Activities include: College Credit and Enrichment Classes, SAT Prep, Sports, Recreation, exciting Nightlife and weekend travel adventures.
YMCA Camp MasonLocated on over 600 acres of scenic woodlands adjacent to the Delaware Water Gap, Camp Mason offers a unique blend of traditional and adventure summer camp experiences. Campers choose their own activities, including: field sports (baseball, basketball, football, soccer), target sports (archery, riflery), swimming (instructional, competitive), boating (canoes, kayaks, rowboats), and the arts (crafts, painting, pottery, ceramics, music, dance, photography). Outward BoundOutward Bound, a national nonprofit organization, offers over 500 adventure-based courses - year round - serving adults, teens and youth (ages 12+).
Course activities include rock climbing, sea kayaking, backpacking, mountaineering, sailing, dogsledding, canoeing and rafting in some of the most untouched wilderness areas across the nation. No matter the activity, courses focus on learning through experience, compassion, leadership and responsibility to both team and the environment. We offer one, two and four week co-educational sessions ages 7-16 some co-ed and some just for girls. Our historic 800- acre working farm is located 40 miles west of Rochester, NY.
