While summer camp is about fun, it's also a whole lot more to us. We believe that positive friendships are formed by sharing challenging experiences and overcoming obstacles. We offer 130 acres of unspoiled wilderness where you will be surrounded by a beautiful healthy environment, caring adults and positive teen role-models. We also offer exciting opportunities to explore some of the most scenic mountains, rivers and cliffs of Virginia and West Virginia. This sets the stage for gaining the confidence to scale a rock wall, building new friendships and strengthening old ones, finding leadership, and discovering nature!

Wellspring New York
Residential Girls' Fitness and Weight Loss Camp
Wellspring New York is the only weight loss program exclusively for young women, between the ages of 11-24. At Wellspring New York, you'll make lifelong friends with young women your own age, at a summer weight loss program that will change your life. Wellspring New York offers a 3 week, 6 week or 9 week program.
Because you'll be losing weight alongside young women just like you, you'll find the environment extremely safe and supportive. The young women of Wellspring New York are divided into the separate programs of Lower Camp, Middle Camp, and Upper Camp (18 and older). Wellspring New York utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy in individual and group sessions to maximize weight loss and long-term behavioral change. The cognitive behavioral therapy continues after camp ends through a three-month after-care weight loss program.

Located in the beautiful mountains and Cherokee National Forest in Northeast Tennessee, Doe River Gorge offers summer camp options for 8-18 year old students. Yes, we really do have monkeys and 100's of other animals. We are an animal lovers dream come true! Our curiosity guided programs offer a safe place to interact with over 300 animals! 26 week long courses include; Jr Vet, Adopt an Animal, Pottery, CSI, Archery, Survival Skills, Cooking, Crafts, Fishing, Riflery, Build it yourself physics lab and so much more.
Campers come from all over the world. Airport transportation available from the St. Louis International Airport. Located on 240 acres of oak/hickory forest. Our camp offers; modern air-conditioned cabins, swimming pool, fishing ponds, miles of hiking trails and it's own camp zoo.

Our Something Different is Something Special. Let's face it. You can choose from a lot of different camps. So what makes Pleasant Hill so special? It's because our camp is more than canoes and campfires. Don't worry, Pleasant Hill has all the toys. We have installed a NEW Zip Line for you to enjoy and we have our a New Mountain Board Park in the works!. Pleasant Hill is a camp where new friendships, great fun and new skills are developed all in the environment of a Christian camp. Here you'll find a place where you can challenge yourself to new experiences and discover a new confidence or just stick with the tried and true. Pleasant Hill is a camp where you can shine from the inside out.
Programs include Adventure Camp, Horselovers Camp, Wilderness Camp and Teen Adventure trips. Cheerio Adventures

Join us for an Adventure Camp experience like no other! Cheerio Adventures specializes in camp sessions from 3 days up to 14 days of unforgettable adventures. We are a Christian based adventure camp located in the mountains of SW Virginia along the New River. The camp is for boys and girls ages 10-17. All groups consist of 8-12 participants, to maximize the adventure experience and promote strong and long lasting friendships. Our focus on helping young people learn more about themselves, strengthen self-confidence, leadership, teamwork skills, is accomplished while challenging them in a safe and fun Christian setting. All equipment is provided.
Trips take place in NC, TN, VA and WV. Activities include rock climbing, canoeing, kayaking, whitewater rafting, backpacking, caving, mountain biking, sailing, wind surfing and more.

Wellspring Adventure Weight Loss Camp in North Carolina combines Wellspring's renowned weight loss approach with adventure and activity. With exciting outdoor activities such as climbing, rafting, camping, hiking, and swimming holes, as well as more traditional camp activities, Adventure Camp provides unparalleled weight loss.
From our camp tucked in the valley of the Blue Ridge Mountains, campers leave for week-long adventures throughout the Carolinas and Tennessee. Nutrition and culinary classes paired with the delicious food served in the dining hall guarantee knowledge of and love for new foods. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a "BC" (Behavioral Coach) in group and individual sessions knits these elements together into comprehensive lifestyle change for rapid weight loss and long-term weight control.

Camp Friendship was founded in 1966 and is still managed by the Ackenbom family. This is a place where campers come back to year after year to visit with old friends and make new ones, supporting our motto "Enter here to be and find a friend". Camp Friendship is more than just fun and games, we also cater to the development needs of our campers. Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains on 520 acres Camp Friendship offers a variety of programs for boys and girls ages 7-16. Traditional camp programs for Juniors and Teens offer more than 40 activities for campers to choose from to create a fun and fulfilling summer.
Our campers can mix and match one-week sessions with VIVA! Trips for teens or add a half-day Sports Clinic including Tennis, Golf, Gymnastics, Soccer, and Waterskiing instructed by qualified instructors. For the girls who just love horses, the Equestrian Program with more than 80 camp-owned horses is the camp program for them! The Camp Friendship staff and its campers have represented over 80 different countries over our 45 years for a diverse cultural interaction.
Bluestone Summer Camp

Bluestone offers four one week camping sessions in June and July. Our Resident Program will accomodate youth entering 3rd through 10th Grade, and our Trip Camps are for high school youth entering 10th through 12th Grades.
Our Summer Camping Program is based on a small group philosophy, which consists of one female and one male counselor to a group of around 10-12 kids. A week at Bluestone will provide campers with excellent opportunities for spiritual and personal growth, for meeting new friends, learning new skills, and challenging themselves.
In addition to daily arts and crafts, swim time and song time, Resident Campers have a daily bible study based on the theme of the summer. Hikes, creek walks, canoeing, sleeping out under the stars, nightly vespers, cookouts and s'mores are just some of the many other things to look forward to at Bluestone! Trip Campers can look forward as well to whitewater canoeing and rafting experiences, as well as other adventure activities depending upon which week they attend.

Located high atop the Blue Ridge Mountains of northwest North Carolina, YMCA Camp Cheerio is the ideal place for persons of all ages to enjoy a camping or retreat experience. Camp Cheerio offers many challenging programs, from summer resident (sleepover) and coed adventure camps. With over 20 activities to choose from there is something for everyone.

Separate Teen Campus: Cayuga provides two separate programs geared to the different age groups on each campus. Teen Campus is reserved exclusively for teenagers who are entering 8th and higher. Junior Campus houses campers entering 1st to 8th grade who are age 13 and younger.
Create Your Own Activity Schedule: Campers select their own activities each morning after breakfast. You sign-up for activities with your friends, so you can attend the same activities together. Camp High Rocks is a small camp for boys in the mountains of Western North Carolina. High Rocks is a place for fun and learning, for challenge and adventure, and for living in an environment that is geared to a camper's needs and interests.
Aided by a well-trained staff we seek to teach and inspire lasting skills and values. We offer ongoing opportunities for success, a freedom from inhibiting competitive pressure, and an environment that promotes increased self-esteem and a close sense of community. High Rocks offers the opportunity to grow with one, two, three and four week sessions, each with a higher skill and trip progression.
