  • Interact with/supervise children ages 3-12 in entertaining environment. Set-up, clean-up and support facilitated activities onboard and on Castaway Cay. Clean youth spaces; uphold USPH standards. Greet guests; could assist with check in/out process. Prep food trays for children. Facilitate group activities, requiring microphone.
  • Ensure secured programming policies are followed. Help with island rentals, beach set-up/clean-up, and activities on Castaway Cay. Comply with company policies/procedures, and ship rules/regulations. Participate in Emergency Duties. Willingness to live and work onboard ships, and share a cabin. Ability to command attention of groups.
  • Minimum 2 years recent experience in a high-volume, fast-paced recreational/camp setting with children. Be at least 20 years of age. Fluent in English. Able to work a 7-day, 70-84 hour week with limited time off. Adhere to Disney appearance guidelines. Preferred: Schooling in recreation or education; Bi-lingual in Spanish or Portuguese

  • Interact with/supervise infants & toddles 3 months to 3 years, in onboard daycare center. Facilitate active and relaxed unstructured playtime. Maintain/ensure cleanliness of nursery according to USPH. Participate in Castaway Cay job responsibilities. Comply with company policies/procedures and maritime/ship regulations.
  • Minimum 2 years recent experience with infants/toddlers in public or private recreation, day care, or camp setting. Experience working with a minimum of 3-5 children at one time. Energetic and self-motivated. Relates well to audiences of all ages. Willingness to participate in Emergency Duties as specified in ship Assembly Plan.
  • Be at least 20 years of age. Be able to speak, read and write fluent English. Willingness to live and work onboard a ship, and share a cabin. Be able to work a 7-day, 70-84 hour week with limited time off. Preferred: Schooling in recreation, education, or related; Experience working with special needs children; Bilingual/multilingual.

  • Operate water-based recreation spaces, monitor safety, volume and activity around pool areas/sports decks. Assist Port Adventures team. Monitor radio communication with Port Adventures Manager. Keep pool areas clean, answer guest questions, enforce policies/rules. Assist with Castaway Cay duties. Maintain supplies for daily operation.
  • Minimum 2 years recent experience in a lifeguard capacity; high-volume pool. Ability to pass pre-hire swim test and successfully complete lifeguard training; certification must be maintained throughout contract. High level of fitness; strong swimming skills. Be at least 21 years of age. Ability to speak, read and write fluent English
  • Willingness to live and work onboard ships, and share a cabin. Be able to work a 7-day, 70-84 hour week with limited time off. Adhere to Disney appearance guidelines. Comply with company policies and ship rules. Participate in Emergency Duties. Preferred: Open water lifeguard experience. Experience with boats & snorkel equipment.
