Wellspring Vancouver
Residential Coed Fitness and Weight Loss Camp
Wellspring Vancouver will teach teens ages 11 - 18 from around Canada and the United States, including those in the Pacific Northwest, how to live a healthy lifestyle. Using the picturesque setting and local adventure options, Wellspring campers will hike, bike, climb, kayak, rappel, as well as participate in more traditional camp activities and sports - soccer, volleyball, scavenger hunts, Color War, and personal training.
Nutrition and culinary classes paired with the delicious food served in the dining hall guarantee knowledge of and love for new foods. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a "BC" (Behavioral Coach) in group and individual sessions knits these elements together into comprehensive lifestyle change for rapid weight loss and long-term weight control.

Founded in 1928, Camp Ak-O-Mak is renowned for its competitive and open water swimming programs. Ak-O-Mak provides the perfect combination of a traditional summer camp experience with instruction in over 32 sports/activities. Competitive programs are offered in swimming, triathlon, and canoe/kayak sprint racing for all levels.
Ak-O-Mak is located on beautiful Ahmic Lake in the unspoiled Almaguin Highlands of Ontario. Our location provides the perfect setting for girls to appreciate the wonders of nature "unplugged". Ak-O-Mak helps girls discover the exhilaration of pushing oneself a little further, of digging a little deeper and discovering that "I CAN do it!" feeling. It has been said that "Self esteem is gained through the self doing things worthy of esteem!" and we have 80 years of alumni who can attest to this. Ak-O-Mak's smaller size (maximum 100 campers and a 3:1 staff:camper ratio) fosters a closely knit atmosphere where all ages get to know, support and encourage each other. These relationships contribute to the safe environment where girls can develop their athletic skills and experience challenges that enhance personal and social development. Camp Li-Lo-Li is a Christian camp nestled on 440+ acres of mountain splendor in the Southern Tier of New York State right near Allegany State Park. With its own small lake, babbling brooks, and adventurous wilderness setting, it's a good place for all to come. Featured at Li-Lo-Li are its water sports activities with a pool, a lake, and the Allegany River for those long canoeing rides. Horseback riding for both new and experienced riders can include trail rides into the surrounding mountains.
The "Promised Land" Ropes Challenge Course adds breathtaking excitement with all of its ground and treetop events. There are also a variety of sports activities, arts & crafts, hayrides, campfires, achievement programs for learning camping skills, and much, much more.

Medeba, as an adventure learning centre, provides a safe atmosphere of encouragement and unconditional acceptance. All programs and facilities meet rigid safety standards. You can experience challenges such as white-water kayaking, rock climbing, and ropes courses. These are custom designed to teach skills such as co-operation, communication, trust, and problem solving. The mission of Medeba is to change young people's lives through specialized adventure experiences with a Christian perspective.
Camp White Pine

Camp White Pine is located on a private lake in the beautiful Haliburton Highlands region of Ontario. Each summer our 1600 acre site is home to boys and girls, ages 7 to 16, from around the world. New campers are welcomed into a warm and nurturing environment, where counsellors help them have a wonderful first-time experience. They make friends, try new activities, and create lifelong memories. Our campers and staff return year after year to their "home away from home".
Activities include swimming, waterskiing, wakeboarding, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, tennis, in-line hockey, basketball, fitness, aerobics, dance, baseball, beach volleyball, miniature golf, soccer, arts & crafts, theatre, woodworking, pottery, copper enamelling, glass, school of rock, media arts, video, ropes course, rock climbing, mountain biking, outdoor recreation, archery, canoe trips, campwide events, and outings.

A private independent camp, with emphasis on traditional camping blended with a fresh approach of choosing from over 30 activities, with specialized training at each activity-Personal growth of campers and respect are integral to the camp culture.
It's easy for campers to have fun and even make friends at camp but the goal is for your child to make unique types of friendships; friendships that last a lifetime and for campers to grow up in a community that teaches respect, tolerance, and an appreciation for what the world has to offer. With 190 staff (one third college graduates!) for just over 400 campers we are able to meet the individual needs of every single child.
Activities include almost all sports, arts, and outdoor adventure. Session length: two weeks (for youngest campers), four weeks or seven weeks.
