Camp is non-competitive and highly individual. Strong cabin groups are built through working and playing together. With about 100 campers, Killooleet is small enough so that everyone knows each other and friendships develop between campers of different ages who share the same interests.

How to measure value at camp? Ask the child, and they answer "fun". Ask the adult and they answer "values" and "healthy relationships". We are committed to these terms and how easily they work together. Children want and like a certain program structure. Whether through instructional and competitive sports program, the rustic canoe and mountain trips, individual activities aimed at improving lifelong skills, or many special activities, we love children and insure fun, values and healthy relationships. We stay small because we stress community and everyone knows each other.
While many activities have changed over time, our guiding principles remain. Our goals are respecting ourselves and others, mastering new skills and perfecting old ones, acting kindly, cooperating, and cultivating strength of character. Boys come to Winnebago feeling our program was designed specifically for them. They leave with skills and memories that last a lifetime.

Lots more than a summer camp... Located in the foothills of New Hampshire's White Mountains, the Cardigan Mountain School Summer Session combines academic review and enrichment with all of the recreation and fun of a traditional summer camp for boys and birls in grades 3-9. In the mornings, students can hone their skills in math or reading; work on study skills, note taking or test prep; or challenge themselves through literature, rocketry, robotics or foreign language courses.
Classes in music, pottery, drama, and photography highlight the arts program, and Cougar Clinics give students the opportunity to practice a favorite sport or learn a new one. With so many choices, each student can design his or her ideal summer experience. In the afternoons and weekends, the 500 acre lakeside campus provides an ideal setting for sports, swimming, sailing, and simply enjoying summer in New Hampshire. Numerous off-campus trips, evening performances and bonfires, and our annual Green and White competition round out the Cardigan experience. For more information, contact Matt Rinkin, Director of Summer Programs, at (603) 523-3526 or email@example.com, or check us out online at www.cardigan.org/summer.

Camp Winaukee enjoys a reputation as one of the premier boys summer sports and adventure camps in America. Located on Lake Winnipesaukee, the camp offers 7 week sessions as well as shorter sessions of 5 and 6 weeks with limited enrollment. Winaukee has two campuses, a mainland camp for campers ages 7-12 and an Island camp for campers 13-15. The separate camps offer the intimacy of a small camp setting with the breadth and diversity of programming of a larger camp. The atmosphere at each of the two age-appropriate camps is unique. The camps are run separately, and each has its own facilities, playing fields, courts, bunks, playhouse and dining hall.
The Winaukee community embraces a core philosophy set forth on the six branches of the Winaukee "Tree of Values": Enthusiasm, Loyalty, Sportsmanship, Friendship, Achievement and Cooperation. These values are instilled in Winaukee campers through a sports and adventure program and unique traditions that have been at the heart of Winaukee's 85 year history. Winaukee campers feel that they are part of something special, meaningful and bigger than themselves. That's why we often hear our campers say, "Winaukee is in my soul."

Camp Northwood is oriented toward children with low self-esteem, immature social skill development, learning challenges and Asperger's Syndrome in need of a structured and supportive summer experience. Northwood's program focuses on the development of independence, social skills and self-image.
Campers participate in a non-competitive, socially oriented, "main-streamed" styled program. A 2:1 camper/counselor ratio provides a level of individualization at activities and in the cabin setting insuring success. In addition to traditional camp activities, campers participate in an individually designed academic program intended to help maintain current skill levels throughout the summer.
Northwood campers are exposed to a variety of social experiences designed to foster age-appropriate social skill development. Group social skill sessions and constant reinforcement within the cabin setting cultivate growth in each camper's ability to work as part of a team, interpret social situations and feel a sense of inclusion in our camp community.
