Camp Li-Lo-Li is a Christian camp nestled on 440+ acres of mountain splendor in the Southern Tier of New York State right near Allegany State Park. With its own small lake, babbling brooks, and adventurous wilderness setting, it's a good place for all to come. Featured at Li-Lo-Li are its water sports activities with a pool, a lake, and the Allegany River for those long canoeing rides. Camp Ramaquois is tucked into the foothills of the Ramapo Mountains in Pomona, New York (Rockland County). Tall trees, rolling hills, babbling brooks, and mountain ranges surround our magnificent 44 acres and our 5 acre, crystalline spring-fed lake. We are only 30 minutes from the George Washington Bridge via the scenic Palisades Parkway and 15 minutes from the Tappan Zee Bridge.
Our main goal is to provide Ramaquois campers with a healthy, happy and rewarding summer experience. Each child's camp experience plays a very important role in his/her maturation. Our campers are encouraged to experience new skills, work with their peers and counselors, develop independence and assume responsibility.

Usdan Center for the Creative and Performing Arts (www.usdan.com) is the arts day camp declared a "Best Of" camp by TimeOutNY/Kids, NY Metro Parents, and Long Island Press. The 2012 season begins on June 25th at the Center's 200-acre woodland campus on Long Island. Usdan is open to young people ages 6 to 18, and no audition is required - rather, admission is based on an expression of interest in the arts. Each summer, 1,600 students travel to the Center each day on air-conditioned buses that depart from neighborhoods throughout the New York metropolitan area.
Usdan was formed to provide the arts as a companion for life through great teaching and the camaraderie of fellow students whose common bond is their love of the arts. Usdan offers more than 40 programs in Music, Theater, Dance, Visual Arts, Nature, Chess, and Writing. Camp Northwood is oriented toward children with low self-esteem, immature social skill development, learning challenges and Asperger's Syndrome in need of a structured and supportive summer experience. Northwood's program focuses on the development of independence, social skills and self-image.
Campers participate in a non-competitive, socially oriented, "main-streamed" styled program. A 2:1 camper/counselor ratio provides a level of individualization at activities and in the cabin setting insuring success. The INTERNATIONAL RIDING CAMP was established in 1978 for girls 7-17, who love horses and riding.. Located 90 miles Northwest of NYC, the riding camp provides an environment in which horse lovers can experience various riding disciplines including English riding and polo. We offer a well rounded equestrian camp program along with water skiing, tennis, arts and crafts and a heated pool.
Our campers ride three hours a day, six days a week. This intensive program allows our campers to experience success in graduated steps, promoting their self esteem and confidence. Camp Sequoia is an overnight summer camp for children ages 8-17 who need help with social skills. Located on the beautiful campus of the Hill School in Pottstown, PA (40 miles northwest of Philadelphia, PA) our innovative program utilizes Michelle Garcia Winner's Social Thinking® framework to help campers build their social thinking skills through a traditional camp program. Camp Sequoia is filling an unmet need in the overnight camp market for children who do not need the level of support offered at special needs overnight camps yet need more than a traditional overnight camp can offer.
Most of our campers are diagnosed with ADHD, mild Asperger's syndrome, high-functioning autism or learning differences which effect social cognition. Forrestel Farm Riding & Sports Camp

Forrestel Riding & Sports Camp is a fully accredited ACA premiere English riding camp established in1980. We offer one, two and four week sessions ages 7-16 some co-ed and some just for girls. Our historic 800 acre working farm is located 40 miles east of Niagara Falls, NY. Our international and local riding counselors are all qualified, experienced and passionate about teaching our campers to ride. Riding instruction at Forrestel includes structured ring work and cross country riding.
Our campers can choose to ride once or twice daily. Each child is assigned their own horse. Forrestel Riding & Sports Camp programs are designed to help campers develop confidence and explore new opportunities. We limit our enrollment which enables us to have more one on one time with each child. Road's End Farm is a small summer camp that appeals to girls who love being around horses, caring for them, and riding for enjoyment rather than competition. Outward Bound, a national nonprofit organization, offers over 500 adventure-based courses - year round - serving adults, teens and youth (ages 12+).
Course activities include rock climbing, sea kayaking, backpacking, mountaineering, sailing, dogsledding, canoeing and rafting in some of the most untouched wilderness areas across the nation. No matter the activity, courses focus on learning through experience, compassion, leadership and responsibility to both team and the environment. Sangamon is a really different kind of boys' camp, not based on sports or competition. Sangamon's entire program is elective every day. Each camper creates a personal schedule each day from more than 15 instructional activities and trips. We are a boy's camp with our sister camp right next door, offering the best of single gender and co-ed camping.

Wellspring New York is the only weight loss program exclusively for young women, between the ages of 11-24. Because you'll be losing weight alongside young women just like you, you'll find the environment extremely safe and supportive. Wilderness adventure program
SOAR has provided multi-length, high adventure programs for youth diagnosed with ADHD and/or learning disabilities for over 35 years. Recognizing that the outdoors provides an ideal classroom where relevant learning can occur and life skills can be taught, emphasis is placed on developing self-confidence, social skills, and problem solving techniques. Course are co-ed, and are dveloped for youth ages 8-25 with average to above average intelligence and physical ability. Staff to student ratio is low, and instructors are hired for qualities of maturity, caring and passion for working with our population in the outdoor setting.
Activities vary by location and range from snorkeling and fishing in the Florida keys; backpacking and rafting in the Blue Ridge mountains of NC; surfing and sea kayaking in California; horsepacking and fishing in the Wind River Mountains of Wyoming; to canoeing and rock climbing in the Adirondack mountains of New York. Specialty courses include a trip tropical Belize, learning to whitewater kayak in North Carolina, earning SCUBA certifications in Florida, and even participating in a Wyoming Rodeo! Our Postgraduate program serves young adults ages 18-25.

Gifted students ages 4-17 can participate in the renowned Summer Institute for the Gifted (SIG) program. Hosted at pretigious colleges and universities, SIG has an excellent well-rounded program for gifted students as it combines academics, social, cultural and recreational opportunities. Our programs provide students with academic challenges designed to fit their abilities and interests. It also provides them with the opportunity to engage with other students who have similar abilities and interests. Because of our small classes, low teacher-student ratio, and an assistant in every class, we are able to individualize the program for each student. Students live and learn on campus for three weeks, leaving with the confidence gained by an experience that is all their own.

Student safety, security and health are our top priority as SIG programs are well staffed for careful supervision.
