DayJams was created for kids between the ages of 8-15 by the National Guitar Workshop (NGW), the nation's largest summer music program. Since 1984, NGW has been teaching musicians at overnight programs across North America. At DayJams, younger students obtain a similar experience at day camps in their own communities. Our professional staff of music teachers, art teachers, and counselors is committed to providing a safe, fun-filled week of music and creativity.

St. Francis Camp is a 19 acre specialty camp for cognitively impaired children and adults. We encourage our campers' use of daily living skills while at camp, and we also follow any special behavior or social plan they may have in place. Most daily activities at St. Francis Camp are camper led and cover one or more of these developmental skill areas: fine motor; gross motor, socialization; and, sensory integration. Examples of these activities are: swimming; boating; fishing; canoeing; paddle boating (all of these are supervised by certified waterfront staff); basketball; volleyball; ice cream socials; hiking; dances; sing-a-longs; arts and crafts; nature study; . . . all the usual summer camp fun plus much, much more!

Sailing aboard the 85 ft schooner Appledore IV or the 65ft schooner Appledore V, Windward Bound is a highly unique voyaging program on the beautiful Great Lakes. Two types of voyages are offered: Seamanship and Freshwater Science. Sessions: 4 - 12 days. Ages 12 - 18.

Camp Beechpoint is located North on Allegan, Michigan, on Dumont Lake. Our programs are for children ages 8-14 and include both day camps and resident camps. The majority of our campers come from urban Chicago, Detroit, and other low income areas across West Michigan. Our sessions tend to be high energy, very interpersonal, and extremely diverse! Campers design their own program from over 40 land and water activities. Interlochen Arts CampSituated in 1,200 acres of forest and between the shores of two lakes, Interlochen Arts Camp the world's premier summer arts program for aspiring artists in grades 3 through 12, employs over 1,000 summer faculty/staff. Each summer, 2,500 campers come to Interlochen to train intensively with renowned instructors, producing presentations in music, theatre, dance, visual arts, creative writing and motion picture arts.
Interlochen also offers a "true camp" experience.
