Belmont Hill Summer Programs offers academic, art, and sport camps for ages 6-18. Located on a beautiful campus with state of the art facilities, students can pair academic classes with art and tennis workshops to create a full day of studies and activities. Thompson Island Outward Bound
Wilderness adventure programThompson Island Outward Bound offers adventure-based courses for 12- through 17-year old boys and girls encouraging leadership skills, teamwork, and compassion. Outdoor activities include sailing, kayaking, and climbing. Students will explore the islands and coastline of the Boston Harbor Islands National Park Area and Massachusetts Bay for 12 or 14 days.
Students live outdoors camping and cooking, learn navigation and sailing/kayaking skills, challenge themselves climbing the 62' Alpine Tower on Thompson Island, investigate marine ecology, learn environmental stewardship, work with National Park Rangers and participate in a service project. Join Thompson Island Outward Bound for an exciting adventure this summer.
Camp Otter

YMCA Day Camp Otter was established in 1957 and is a scenic, daytime program for boys and girls, ages 6 to 13. Each week, up to 210 youth attend the camp, led by a staff of more than 70. Accredited by the American Camp Association, licensed by the state of New Hampshire, and operated in accordance with the YMCA of the USA policies, Camp Otter is situated on 13 acres on the sandy shores of Captain Pond in Salem, NH.
Program areas include a swimming area for both instructional and free swim time, boating, basketball/volleyball courts, a baseball/soccer field, archery and air riflery range, arts and crafts as well as low and high ropes courses. Along with the weekly themes, Otter days are filled with all-camp activities and visits from special guests. Daily transportation is provided throughout the Merrimack Valley and southern New Hampshire.

Live your Rock Star dreams this summer! Whether you're a beginner or a more advanced player, DayJams offers you the opportunity to learn guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, and vocals. You'll work with professional musicians and teachers in a friendly and creative environment.
DayJams was created for kids between the ages of 8-15 by the National Guitar Workshop (NGW), the nation's largest summer music program. Since 1984, NGW has been teaching musicians at overnight programs across North America. At DayJams, younger students obtain a similar experience at day camps in their own communities. Our professional staff of music teachers, art teachers, and counselors is committed to providing a safe, fun-filled week of music and creativity.

Briarwood Marine Science and Sailing Camps
Residential summer camp with separate sessions for boys and girls
Briarwood Summer Camps proudly offer 1-week overnight sessions for Marine Science and Sailing for Boys and Girls entering grades 5 through 10. The camp is located on Cape Cod just over the Bourne Bridge boasting an extensive waterfront on Little Bay. The Marine Science offers marine life capture and observation, exploring the coast by snorkeling or kayaking, dissecting sharks, fishing and much more. The sailing program is designed to introduce a 'how to' approach to new sailors or challenge experienced sailors in greater objectives.
Briarwood, which is adjacent to 90 acres of conservation land and 2000 feet of shoreline, is equipped with a studio classroom, seven heated cabins and a bathhouse, and a marine lab. Nature trails wander through adjoining woods, and a marine laboratory, boat dock, and swimming float are in place for use during the warmer months. The marine lab is outfitted with touch tanks, several large aquaria, collection and sampling equipment, and water quality apparatus. Additional resources include computers, printers, digital cameras, a fleet of sailboats and kayaks.

Camp Modin

Situated in the pristine wilderness of Maine's beautiful Belgrade Lakes region, Camp Modin is the oldest Jewish camp in New England. Located on a private, unspoiled lake, our 375 campers enjoy a community-oriented environment in which they can learn, grow and develop lifelong friendships, all in a Jewish cultural environment. Cardigan Mountain School Summer Session

Lots more than a summer camp... Located in the foothills of New Hampshire's White Mountains, the Cardigan Mountain School Summer Session combines academic review and enrichment with all of the recreation and fun of a traditional summer camp for boys and birls in grades 3-9. In the mornings, students can hone their skills in math or reading; work on study skills, note taking or test prep; or challenge themselves through literature, rocketry, robotics or foreign language courses.
Classes in music, pottery, drama, and photography highlight the arts program, and Cougar Clinics give students the opportunity to practice a favorite sport or learn a new one. With so many choices, each student can design his or her ideal summer experience. In the afternoons and weekends, the 500 acre lakeside campus provides an ideal setting for sports, swimming, sailing, and simply enjoying summer in New Hampshire. Camp Winadu is a boys summer camp that combines the quality instruction of a specialty sports camp with the fun, traditions and camaraderie of a traditional sleepaway camp. Camp Kingsmont builds self esteem for boys and girls ages 9 to 18 through proper nutrition, nutrition education, physical activity, sports instruction, self expression and weight loss. JCC Kaleidoscope Creative Arts & Science Camp
Coed Day CampJCC Kaleidoscope campers entering grades K-8 explore performing and visual arts, science, swimming and sports in a stimulating, enriching setting at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center in Newton, MA. Facilities include professional air-conditioned studios; a fully equipped theater; hiking trails; playing fields; and indoor and outdoor pools. Located on over 80 acres of woodlands on a private body of water, Nashoba is solely operated as a children's summer camp, not a school or health club.
Children 4 to 14 are offered a balanced program on land and water and have the option to choose electives. Camp Bournedale is located at the gateway to Cape Cod in Plymouth, Massachusetts. This incredible boys summer camp is located on a gorgeous 3-mile long fresh water lake with 15 acres of space for activities which include sailing, golf, computers, water-skiing, scuba, tennis, soccer, rocketry and lots, lots more.
Athletics take place on multiple lighted ball fields. Activities can range from structured team games like baseball and soccer. Excellent instruction is provided on our tennis courts. We also provide classic golf instruction from our resident golf instructor. We play daily at the local courses and often have our own golf tournaments. We also run an exciting rocketry program in addition to our popular arts and crafts classes. Great Herring Pond allows us to offer numerous water sport options. Cody Camps
Residential coed summer camp
Cody is an American Camp Association accredited summer camp that provides children with a safe, fun atmosphere to make new friends and enjoy new experiences. Our 3:1 camper-to-counselor ratio is amongst the lowest of any camp and allows us to provide each camper with the utmost individual attention. We are a smaller camp and a perfect fit for a first-time camper.
Cody offers a wide variety of activities and trips taught and lead by college athletes, coaches and seasoned educators. With a guided-choice program and over 25 activities offered daily, campers hone their favorite skills and develop new ones.

Camp Timanous
Residential boys' summer camp
Timanous was founded in 1917 by Dr. Luther Halsey Gulick. The Suitor family has directed the camp since 1942, the present generation since 1982. Timanous has an impressive return rate of both campers and staff with 93% of the 50 counseling staff having been Timanous campers. Our counselors average over 10 years at camp and 11 are teachers in the "off season". 23 states and 8 foreign countries were represented last summer.
A positive approach and freedom within structure promise improved skills in physical activities and poise and understanding in social relationships. We have a strong waterfront and tripping program. Activities include sailing, swimming, kayaking, canoeing, waterskiing, riflery, archery, tennis, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, basketball, woodshop, handicrafts, climbing wall, wilderness camping. Although not a competitive camp, we do have inter-camp competitions with camps in the area.
Vermont Adventure Camps

Vermont Adventure Camps offers camps for teens ages 11 to 17 years old. The camps offer a large variety of outdoor activities for all ability levels. Each camp session is a little different but there is always a 4:1 camper counselor ratio. You do not need experience, but rather the enthusiasm and willingness to try new things and meet new people.
Six Day 11 & 12y/o Adventurer Camps:
We offer 8 five day adventure camps for kids 11 & 12. The kids stay in our Adventure Lodge and go on adventures each day.
Six Day 13 & 14y/o Adventurer Camps:
We offer 8 five day adventure camps for teens 13 & 14. The kids stay in our Adventure Lodge and go on adventures each day.
2 Week Adventure Camps:
We also offer adventure camps for teens 14 to 17. These are residential camps and kids stay at our Adventure Lodge.
Camp Half Moon

Nestled in the beautiful Berkshire Hills, Half Moon offers a traditional coed camp experience for children ages 6 to 16. Weekly elective program. Safe family environment where campers are encouraged to develop new skills and friendships. Facilities include heated pool, skatepark, beautiful lake & playing fields, comfortable cabins. Activities include: Traditional camp activities with an elective program. Sailing, waterskiing, kayaking, canoeing, tennis, skateboarding, riding, team sports, dance, drama, and gymnastics.
In addition to the overnight camp, Camp Half Moon provides a quality day camp experience for children ages 3 -15. Our facilities include a heated Olympic size pool, 3 tennis courts, basketball court, archery field, dining hall, playing fields and a beautiful setting on the shores of Lake Buel. Our rec hall, arts & crafts center and pottery shop provide spacious indoor areas for rainy days.

DMA is ideal for students of all ages wanting exposure to the most relevant software used in Hollywood and the entertainment industry, video game design, and web design while gaining hands-on experience under the eye of accomplished professionals. Whether to explore and area of interest, gain practical skills for the future or just have an incredible time with friends, DMA is unparalleled.
DMA offers day and overnight courses in the US and Canada in weekly and multi-week sessions for youth, age 6-18. DMA courses accommodate a wide variety of digital media interests in a more sophisticated learning environment than other summer computer camps. All courses are project based and taught by industry professionals and classroom teachers who have a passion for inspiring young minds. An average student to instructor ratio of 6 to 1 allows for plenty of individual attention as students explore, create and immerse themselves in an environment that is more like a production studio than a classroom.

Gifted students in grades K-12 can participate in the renowned Summer Institute for the Gifted (SIG) program. Hosted at some of the most famous colleges and universities in the country such as Princeton University, Dartmouth College and UC Berkeley, SIG has the best well-rounded program for gifted students as it combines academics, social, cultural and recreational opportunities. Students live and learn on campus for three-weeks, leaving with the additional confidence gained by an experience that is all their own.
Because of our small classes, low teacher-student ratio, and teaching assistants, SIG is able to individualize the program for each and every student. Student safety, security and health are our top priority as SIG programs are well staffed for careful supervision. Ten day programs are available for younger students and most of our residential programs have a commuter option. Wingate*Kirkland is a traditional summer camp, offering a full range of activities. Days are packed with so much to do, from basketball to boating, swimming to stained glass, acting to archery.
