| We are located just 90 miles west of Washington DC, in the beautiful Shenandoah Mountains of West Virginia where the base of North Mountain and the shores of the Cacapon River meet to surround our 200-acre campsite. Our co-ed camp offers several choices of session lengths with very diverse, individual, free choice programming for campers with every kind of interest. We have over 50 activities at camp. Some activity choices include: tennis, skate park, ropes course, go cart track, climbing wall, equestrian, Baseball, an indoor gymnasium, theatre, swimming, water-skiing, sailing, canoeing, rafting, and more. |

Outward Bound Wilderness | |
| Wilderness adventure programs nationwide | USA, Canada and some international locations | |
| Outward Bound Wilderness, a national nonprofit organization, offers over 500 adventure-based wilderness courses - year round - serving adults, teens and youth (ages 12+). Course activities include rock climbing, sea kayaking, backpacking,
mountaineering, sailing, dogsledding, canoeing and rafting in some
of the most untouched wilderness areas across the nation. No matter
the activity, courses focus on learning through experience, compassion,
leadership and responsibility to both team and the environment. Courses
range in length from 4 days to three months in length. Scholarships
are available. Since 1962, over 500,000 students have returned from an Outward Bound experience with a deeper knowledge of themselves and the world in which we live. |

| A non-denominational Christian camp located on the Chesapeake Bay. Both overnight and day camp programs are offered for ages 4-15. A "Leader in Training" program is available for teens ages 14-18. Wabanna's summer programs provide a fun-filled, action-packed, and spiritually focused experience. | Resident Camp Conowingo is 600 acres of forest and fields adjacent to the Susquehanna River in Conowingo, Cecil County, Maryland. The property is composed of nine parcels acquired by Girl Scouts of Central Maryland between 1955 and 1973, including Bell Manor, a historic Victorian home from the 1860's which is currently being renovated to return it to its original 1867 charm. Activities at Camp Conowingo include Tennis, Swimming, Horseback Riding, Ropes Course, Hiking, Fishing, Nature and Ecology. You do not have to be a Girl Scout to attend. Girl Scouts of Central Maryland also offers day camp opportunities from mid-June through mid-August of each year. |
