Located on Unity College's campus, we offer high quality instruction in visual & performing arts, technology, special interest activities and individual/lifetime sports. We foster a non-competitive atmosphere where campers feel comfortable pursuing new interests as they choose from a variety of activities including acting, improvisation, chorus, dance (modern, hip hop, ballet, choreography, tap), drawing/painting, pottery, fabric arts, t-shirt design/printmaking, sculpture, metal jewelry, enameling, stained glass, portraiture, vintage fashion design, maskmaking, digital photography, videography, robotics, rocketry, culinary arts, kayaking/canoeing, archery, biking, martial arts, yoga and fitness.
Our director and assistant director make it a priority to communicate actively with parents and stay involved in the day-to-day camp operations. We cultivate a small, inclusive camp community, led by a staff of experienced, professional instructors and mature dorm counselors, creating a 3:1 camper/staff ratio.

Outward Bound
Wilderness adventure programs worldwide
Outward Bound, a national nonprofit organization, offers over 500 adventure-based courses - year round - serving adults, teens and youth (ages 12+).
Course activities include rock climbing, sea kayaking, backpacking, mountaineering, sailing, dogsledding, canoeing and rafting in some of the most untouched wilderness areas across the nation. No matter the activity, courses focus on learning through experience, compassion, leadership and responsibility to both team and the environment. Courses range in length from 4 days to three months in length. Scholarships are available.
Since 1962, over 500,000 students have returned from an Outward Bound experience with a deeper knowledge of themselves and the world in which we live.

Maine Golf and Tennis Academy for Juniors
Residential coed golf camp for Juniors (ages 8 - 17)The Maine Golf Academy Junior Golf Camps is dedicated to bringing the very best State of the Art Instruction in Junior Golf and tennis, taught by inspiring PGA Instructors, USPTA instructors, College Coaches and Professional Golf Instructors on the private campus of our premier old tyme traditional summer camp established in 1907.
Program also includes Ice Hockey instruction for interested boys and girls.
Camp Hawthorne & New England Camping Adventures
Residential Coed, General Camp, Sailing Camp, Creative Arts and Wilderness Adventure
Camp Hawthorne, founded in 1919, is located on over 2 miles of shorefront on pristine Panther Lake in Raymond, Maine. We offer 2, 3 and 5-week programs for coed campers ages 7-16. Programs include a 2 and 3-week general camp with land sports, sailing, waterskiing, camp craft, drama and visual arts. We also offer a 2-week sailing program with racing, a 3-week video film making program, and a 2-week creative arts program with professional staff focusing on performing and visual arts and film making.
We also offer a wilderness and leadership program called New England Camping Adventures offering Outward Bound style trips in white water canoeing, rafting, rock climbing, backpacking, ocean kayaking and biking. We are a small family type camp of 115 campers. Designed for an easy adjustment for first-year campers.
The Laurel Camps

The Laurel Camps are in the forefront of Maine's camping tradition. We take great pride in our camper-centered programs based on the philosophy that each child is a unique individual with personal interests. Activities consist of Land/Water Sports, Fine Arts, Theatre, Adventure, Riding and more. Each camp boasts such top notch facilities as beautiful waterfront beaches, brand new full-size Theatres, pro-quality baseball fields, new basketball centers, Arts & Crafts areas with new facilities for rocketry, ceramics and radio, extensive ropes courses with extreme climbing walls (including 55 foot climbing towers and bouldering walls), brand new stables and riding rings, newly surfaced state-of-the-art tennis courts and more.
Hidden Valley Camp

Hidden Valley Camp is an international Maine coed summer arts camp that features the finest in arts and outdoor programs for children ages 8 to 14. Depending on your interest, HVC is an art camp, a horse camp, an outdoor adventure camp, a performing arts camp, a dance camp, or a water sports camp. Or — because you choose your activities — it can be all of these! Professional staff provide challenging individualized teaching and counseling designed to foster independence, community and creativity in all dimensions of children's summer experience.
For over 60 years, Hidden Valley campers have learned fascinating new skills and created lasting friendships. 330 acres with a private lake and heated pool near the Maine coast. Campers come from all over the US and 5 continents. Great food, many choices, support for allergies. Directors have lived on site for over 20 years.

Maine Teen Camp represents a dynamic, diverse, and enthusiastic group of teenagers from across the United States and around the world. We are located in southwestern Maine on beautiful Stanley Lake. Each summer, over 275 teens and over 100 staff gather together at MTC, sharing their special interests and unique cultural experiences with each other, creating a supportive environment to explore new and exciting challenges. Mature, experienced, caring staff and a fully elective program.
Activities include: Rock music program, professional tennis instruction, wakeboarding/waterski, land sports, water sports, performance and fine arts, adventure course, academics, cooking, community service, trips, and much more! 2-4-6-8 week sessions available.
Linden Hill School Summer Program

Serving campers with language-based learning differences using individualized, multi-sensory curriculum. The Linden Hill School Summer Program celebrates over ten years of giving participants expert academic support and encouragement as well as a positive and fulfilling camp experience. Making full use of our beautiful New England hillside campus, the boys and girls who join us during July each year enjoy our hundreds of acres of fields, woods, ponds and streams, as well as our comfortable dormitory lodging and healthy and delicious home-cooked meals.
The Linden Hill Summer Program provides a balance of academic work and traditional camp experiences. Support and remediation is offered through a multi-sensory approach to language training based in the renowned and clinically-proven Orton-Gillingham method. Honesty, integrity and pride in their success are goals for each of our participants.
Williwaw Adventures
Wilderness adventure program
Williwaw has been creating unique adventures for young adults since 1999. Our expeditions are designed to provide a safe and meaningful wilderness experience that balance challenging adventure and exploration with fun. We spend time developing outdoor skills and focus on the group experience.
Wilderness travel, paddling and sailing are the core components to our expeditions, and students leave with a solid foundation of skills so that they can pursue and become competent in these activities in the future. Activities include backpacking, sea kayaking, whitewater rafting and kayaking, coastal sailing, community service and surfing.

Surrounded by spectacular Lake Thompson, lush woods and fields, Kohut offers a magnificent setting for our comprehensive and spirited 4-week program, designed to create lifelong friendships, skills & memories. Over 50 different activity selections provide a balanced focus on land and water sports, arts, adventure, and nature-oriented trips. We emphasize teamwork & character development, while celebrating the uniqueness of each individual with an elective program of structured choice.
Our 1:3 counselor: camper ratio provides careful and attentive supervision and instruction. Campers choose three 1-week blocks of 6 activities per day. Boys & Girls, 175 campers, ages 7 - 16.

Our summer schedule includes six & ten Day Allagash Canoe trips for ages 13-17, Teen Vs. Camp Pinehurst

Facing the sunset on the sandy shore of Crescent Lake, Camp Pinehurst is a traditional summer camp for boys and girls that emphasizes skill development, outdoor adventure and teamwork. Camp Pinehurst boasts an experienced, highly qualified staff and an individualized daily schedule for each camper. This combination allows children the opportunity to achieve success in a safe and supportive environment.
Activities include Red Cross swimming, sailing, windsurfing, water-skiing, wakeboarding, knee-boarding, kayaking, tennis, soccer, basketball, model rocketry, yoga, dance, archery, riflery, mountain biking, overnight canoe trips, whitewater rafting and hiking trips. The "Y Camp is located on Lake Cobbossee in Winthrop, Maine, 7 miles west of Augusta, Maine's state capital. We offer a traditional summer experience for 8-16 year old boys and girls along with special programs including Outdoor Adventure Programs and Leader -In Training.

Camp Modin

Situated in the pristine wilderness of Maine's beautiful Belgrade Lakes region, Camp Modin is the oldest Jewish camp in New England. Located on a private, unspoiled lake, our 375 campers enjoy a community-oriented environment in which they can learn, grow and develop lifelong friendships, all in a Jewish cultural environment. The camp is strictly kosher. Camp Modin employs 160 professional teachers, mentors and counselors, all dedicated towards making a difference in the lives of children.
The Modin program offers professional instruction in over 70 athletic, waterfront, creative arts and pioneering activities. Extensive facilities and programs include: Lighted tennis and basketball courts, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, professional theater, 13,000 square foot recreation center, fitness pavilion and gymnastic center, two craft studios, photography lab, media center, archery & riflery ranges, nature center, high ropes course and climbing tower, radio station, state-of-the art waterfront, including 90 canoes, sailboats, kayaks, windsurfers and tournament water-ski boats. JCC Maccabi Camp Kingswood

JCC Maccabi Camp Kingswood, the JCC of Greater Boston's camp for boys and girls ages 8-15, is located in Bridgton, Maine. The camp provides a broad athletic, creative arts and cultural program that allows campers many opportunities to deepen their skills and try new things. In this caring and positive environment campers are supported in developng independence, becoming more self-confident, learning cooperation and teamwork, and in strenghtening their Jewish identities. Kingswood's kitchen is kosher.
The camp has exceptional facilities: athletic fields, climbing wall, and high and low ropes courses. Programs in the arts, theatre, dance and gymnastics and a fully equipped waterfront. Jewish and Israel-related themes are woven through camp programming. Staff to camper ratios are low. Sessions: 2, 3-1/2 & 7 weeks.

Acadia Institute of Oceanography

Located on Mt. Desert Island next to Acadia National Park, our hands-on, field program offers students the opportunity to learn about careers in oceanography through work at tidal pools, beaches, on board boat and in the lab.
Our academic marine science program runs for two weeks each and offers intermediate (12-15 years) and advanced sessions (15-18 years of age). We also offer a one-week introductory session for 10-12 year old students. You must have a satisfactory teacher recommendation for final acceptance into the program.

Acadia Rock Climbing and Adventure Camp

Acadia Mountain Guides offers small group coed camp experiences for ages 9 - 12 and ages 13 - 17.
Our Explorer Series for young campers features multi-sport adventure and focused climbing camps primarily within Acadia National Park in Maine. These five day camps are available in day or overnight formats. Adventure camps include a diversity of activities such as rock climbing, ropes course, hiking, nature study, canoeing, caving, swimming, first aid and survival skills. Our specialized rock climbing camps focus on rock climbing and related skills.

Our tiered climbing camps offer something to all levels of rock climbers from those just starting out who want to learn the ropes to advanced sport and traditional lead climbing camps. Cardigan Mountain School Summer Session

Lots more than a summer camp... Located in the foothills of New Hampshire's White Mountains, the Cardigan Mountain School Summer Session combines academic review and enrichment with all of the recreation and fun of a traditional summer camp for boys and birls in grades 3-9. In the mornings, students can hone their skills in math or reading; work on study skills, note taking or test prep; or challenge themselves through literature, rocketry, robotics or foreign language courses.
Classes in music, pottery, drama, and photography highlight the arts program, and Cougar Clinics give students the opportunity to practice a favorite sport or learn a new one. With so many choices, each student can design his or her ideal summer experience. In the afternoons and weekends, the 500 acre lakeside campus provides an ideal setting for sports, swimming, sailing, and simply enjoying summer in New Hampshire. Numerous off-campus trips, evening performances and bonfires, and our annual Green and White competition round out the Cardigan experience. Residential coed summer campC-A-M-P is committed to the creative, artistic and self expression of every participant. Young people flourish through a non-competitive exploration of the creative arts. Dedicated and professional staff support individualized programs fostering each camper's interests, talents and aspirations. Next to Little Bear Pond in Hartford, Maine.
Activities include exploration of the creative arts including music, performance, dance, drama, creative writing, musical theatre, rock band, song writing workshop, variety arts, and basic film making complement traditional camp activities. A twelve-day overnight intensive in August for ages 7-17.
Our staff and instructors include masters level educators with extensive professional and broadway expertise.
Camp Nashoba North

Nashoba North offers a wonderful summer camp experience for boys and girls ages 7 to 15. Located on the shore of Crescent Lake in the Sebago Lake region of southern Maine, Nashoba North is nestled on ninety-five acres of pinewoods and open fields. Campers enjoy breathtaking mountain views and serene peacefulness.
We have a large array of water sports on crystal clear Crescent Lake. Beautiful facilities and cabins are bright and equipped with showers, toilets and electricity. Individual camper schedules. Nashoba has tennis, soccer, theater, dance, archery, pottery, baseball, basketball, woodworking, animal care, art, rock-climbing, and much more! Extensive riding and golf programs. We have an energetic staff in a supportive atmosphere with an fantastic 3 to 1 camper/staff ratio. Excellent health care staff.
Nashoba North is a non-sectarian ACA accredited camp. International campers are welcome. 4, 7, and 8 week sessions; two 1-week horseback riding program; 15 Discovery program for first time campers in grade 5 or below.
