Camp Wood YMCA, located on 630 acres in the beautiful Flint
Hills of Kansas, offers safe, high-quality camping
experiences for children ages of 7 and 17.
We offer one and two week Traditional
Camp experiences and specialty camps. Our specialty camps include:
One and two week Horse
Camps, Skateboarding
Camps, Paintball
Camps, Garage Band
Camp, Specialized Teen
Programs, and Trip
Camps (including Roller Coaster Mania, Guatemala, and Prague).
All campers participate in the following activities: horseback
rides, campouts, swimming, canoeing, arts and crafts, nature,
archery, and climbing tower (ages 10 and older).
Our committed staff serve as positive role models for children.
Highly supervised, small group atmosphere ensures each camper
reaches his or her potential. Camp Wood YMCA provides a safe
