Held at 7 prestigious U.S. colleges campuses: Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA; Cal State San Marcos, San Marcos, CA: University of Washington, Seattle, WA; Colorado College, Colorado Springs, CO; Drake University, Des Moines, IA; Cornell University, Ithaca, NY; Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, NC. 10-day programs are available for middle school & high school students and an 8-day program is available for current & incoming college students.
East Iowa Bible Camp is a ministry of East Iowa Bible Conference, a Christian Camp and Conference Center in Eastern Iowa, and offers Summer Youth camps, Family camps, and retreats.
Tucked away just off the shores of West Lake Okoboji lies 100 acres of beautiful camp, conference and retreat opportunities in the heart of the Iowa Great Lakes Vacation Land.
Camp activities include arts & crafts, wagon rides through our rolling prairie, challenge course, climbing tower, hiking, water sliding, Bible Study, campfires, archery, volleyball, basketball, softball, tennis, and group games in the green grass of Okoboji's park-like setting. Swim, canoe and ride the 6-seat water carousel in one of the only "blue water" lakes in the world.
Camp Kupugani at Camp White EagleCamp Kupugani promotes diversity and empowerment of young women. About 90 minutes west of Chicago, we emphasize diversity and communication skills in a fun atmosphere... uniting girls of varied backgrounds; girls aged seven to fifteen expand their comfort zones and build self-esteem. They enjoy activities like rock climbing, river walking, canoeing, playing under waterfalls, and night hikes under the stars, plus carefully designed group activities and games so that fun and personal growth coincide.

Established in 1926 as a private, non-profit camp for children with health problems, Camp Tanager now serves over 600 children each summer. "Camperships" on a sliding fee scale permit all children to enjoy Camp Tanager regardless of income.
Children come to Camp Tanager to make friends, have fun, and learn through a camping experience. Campers may participate in the following variety of activities: Archery, Arts and Crafts, Badminton, Campfires, Carnivals, Dance, Educational Speakers, Fishing, Hayrack Rides, Hiking, Movies, Nature Study, Games, Roller-Skating, Skits, Soccer, Softball, Swimming, and Volleyball.
Any Iowan 4 years and older with any type of disability, either mental or physical, may attend Easter Seals Iowa Camp Sunnyside. With this broad "open door" policy, it's easy to see why more than 1,100 individuals from all 99 counties come to Camp Sunnyside every year.
Persons with heart disease, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, mental retardation, developmental problems, are all welcomed at Camp Sunnyside. Whatever the disability, they will find safe, healthy and success-oriented recreational programs that most likely are not offered in their community.
All people, regardless of ability level, have the right to opportunities found in the world around them. Individuals with disabilities, as well as their families, should experience year-round recreational and respite care activities in a camp setting. Camp Courageous of Iowa provides this needed service to all. The camp provides opportunities for social and personal growth within a supportive environment. Campers learn to try a variety of creative and challenging activities and experience success. Campers develop enhanced self-esteem which carries over to work, home, or school environments.
