Our co-ed camp offers full and half sessions with very diverse free choice programming for campers with every kind of interest. With over 45 activities at camp, we have developed a scheduling system that truly allows children to pursue all of their interests.

Situated on 120 privately owned acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains of West Virginia, Camp Tall Timbers offers 1,2,3,5 and 6 week sessions for boys and girls in grades 1st-10th from June to August. We offer programs that help to foster a camper's personal development in a broad range of activities.

Woodland Horse Center Summer Camp
Coed Day Camp
Woodland Horse Center, located just 8 miles north of the DC beltway, offers summer camp for boys and girls age 5 through 15. Expert instruction and qualified staff in a safe and fun-filled environment! Campers have a blast as they develope their riding skills and learn all about the horse through demonstrations and interactive lectures. Pony Pals Camp is for kids age 5-7. Horsemanship Camp is for kids age 8-15.

Separate Teen Campus: Cayuga provides two separate programs geared to the different age groups on each campus. Teen Campus is reserved exclusively for teenagers who are entering 8th and higher. Junior Campus houses campers entering 1st to 8th grade who are age 13 and younger.
Create Your Own Activity Schedule: Campers select their own activities each morning after breakfast. You sign-up for activities with your friends, so you can attend the same activities together. Juniors (4th grade and lower) travel together as a cabin group to activities under the direct supervision of their counselor. The cabin activity schedule is different each day of the week!

Valley Mill Camp has been serving families in the Washington area since 1956, combining closeness to home with the atmosphere of an away camp. Sixty acres of deep woods, surrounding a spring-fed lake, provide a delightfully cool headquarters for a vigorous camp program. Growth and development of character and personality, improvement of athletic skills, and a sense of group fun, are our goals. Small camp groups, led by a large staff of qualified counselors, ensure that every camper receives individual attention.
Gwynn Valley Camp

Since 1935, a summer camp for Boys and Girls, ages 5-14 which offers a farm, wilderness and traditional program that nurtures the child while fostering a connection with the land and the simple joys of childhood. The strength of Gwynn Valley is its nurturing environment in a child centered world where each camper will learn and grow under the guideance of a mature and caring staff. We are committed to each individual becoming a vital part of the community. Simplicity, acceptance, a non-competitive program, and an appreciation of the natural world are our core values. We maintain a camper/staff ratio of 3:1. Our residential camp offers sessions of 1, 2, and 3 weeks in length. We grow 70% of our food on our farm and operate an 1890's Grist Mill as an extension of that program. We also have a small Day Camp for children K-4th grade.

Camp High Rocks is a small camp for boys in the mountains of Western North Carolina. High Rocks is a place for fun and learning, for challenge and adventure, and for living in an environment that is geared to a camper's needs and interests.
Aided by a well-trained staff we seek to teach and inspire lasting skills and values. We offer ongoing opportunities for success, a freedom from inhibiting competitive pressure, and an environment that promotes increased self-esteem and a close sense of community. High Rocks offers the opportunity to grow with one, two, three and four week sessions, each with a higher skill and trip progression.

YMCA Camp Fitch is located on the shores of Lake Erie in NW Pennsylvania. Camp Fitch is a combination of a large traditional summer camp, a tripping program and specialty camps.
Traditional camp has a very strong aquatic program on three different waterfronts and a large variety of other activities such as horses, crafts, archery, rock climbing, and many sports. Specialty camps include computer, soccer and competitive swimming. Our trips program takes campers on adventures whitewater rafting, climbing & caving as well as a Washington D.C. trip!

Camp Piankatank is a Christian camp for boys and girls located on the beautiful Piankatank River, on the coast of Virginia. In all of our activities we teach Biblical principles and campers attend worship services twice daily.

Camp Highlander is a co-ed residential summer camp devoted to the growing and nurturing of boys and girls, ages 5-16 in a safe, fun-filled environment since 1957. When you sign up for our traditional sleep away camp, you get to make your own schedule and choose the activities you like most! Our great activities include windsurfing/sailing, archery, arts & crafts, canoeing, rock climbing, dance, drama, in-line skating, kayaking, high and low-ropes courses, snorkeling, street hockey, swimming, voice, guitar, and of course tons of other sports options. We also have a horseback riding camp and other specialty camps for tennis, fine arts, sailing/windsurfing. Some of these specialty camps are only for boys and others are only for girls.
