Residential and day coed summer computer camps
Where learning and fun are rolled into one. . . Now in our 34th year, National Computer Camp is America's original computer camp since 1977. The focus at NCC is Android App programming, 2D and 3D video game design, computer programming, digital video production, web page design, A+ and Network+ certification and software applications including networking, animation, Flash and graphics. Each week we offer all levels of programming in Basic, C++, Java, Assembler, HTML, XML, OpenGL and JavaScript.
Campers may attend one or multi-week sessions with a continuous curriculum that is age appropriate and suitable for beginners to super advanced. The camps are ideal for both experienced and first time campers. Coed ages 8-18 residential and day programs. An optional sports program is also available. Weeklong, day and overnight summer programs for ages 7-17
Love gaming, programming, or filming? Take hobbies further and gain a competitive edge! Technology PLUS Summer Camp Fun! Emagination blends the latest in technology with fun non-tech activities that create a well-rounded summer camp experience for kids & teens ages 8 -17. Two-week sessions allow time to make friends and become part of a community.
Beginners to experts choose three workshops from a selection including: 3D Art, 3D Animation, Flash®, Digital Music, Video Game Design, Robotics, RC Cars, iApps, Java.

Coed Day Camp
Tech Camp and Jr. Tech Camp are co-ed summer day camps for kids age 7-14 in the Cleveland, Akron, and Columbus suburbs. Kids can select individual technology classes in an area of interest, or take a camp that combines multiple technologies in one week of camp. Campers work on projects in Robotics, Video Game Design, Programming, and/or Stop Motion Animation to develop their technology skills.
Our instructors are trained, college-educated, and background-checked. In camp we keep low instructor to student ratios to make sure students develop a strong understanding of the technology and have fun. We also encourage peer teaching, and recognize students for their achievements. On the last day of camp we allow campers to show and receive awards for their work. Coed Camp with Residential & Day Camp SessionsAt YMCA Camp kids discover new skills, make friends, gain confidence, develop life and leadership skills, and practice teamwork. Our well-trained staff guide campers through a fun and adventurous day to create a summer camp experience they will never forget. Offering Day and Overnight, Ranch, Teen, Family and Leadership Camps for boys and girls ages 5-17, Nissokone and Ohiyesa have been favorites for generations. Camp Ohiyesa is centrally located in Holly and Camp Nissokone is located in Oscoda, about three hours north of Metro Detroit. Bus transportation and financial aid are available.

Campers entering 7th grade and above train in the Cosmosphere's exciting simulators: our Space Shuttle simulator, named the Falcon III, a 4-g centrifuge, multi-axis trainer, Soyuz trainer, flight simulators, and our stress simulator. Campers build and launch rockets, get close up interactive tours of the Hall of Space Museum and operate mission control.
