YMCA Day Camp Heritage

Imagine yourself as a bold explorer charting your course for adventure at Camp Heritage! You'll have opportunities to study the wonders of nature, canoe along lakeshores, and fish for those elusive sunnies! There are also scavenger hunts, swimming, arts and crafts, archery, and tons of group games. Enjoy outdoor cookouts and laugh-out-loud skits performed by day campers and counselors at the end of the week! Campers, ages 4 through 14, engage in small-group structured activities with others in their age group. They learn new skills and build self-esteem while being guided by the YMCA's core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. To mark their camp accomplishments and treasured experiences, every camper is awarded special beads to display in the camper's unique style.
