Camp Tamakwa

Living for now, memories forever! Located in beautiful Algonquin Park, Ontario, just 2.5 hours north of Toronto, Tamakwa's rich traditions, family atmosphere, and unique site distinguishes itself along with numerous watersports, landsports, creative arts, outdoor skills activities, as well as a premier canoe tripping program.

For 75 years Tamakwa has been providing campers (from Toronto, Montreal, Los Angeles, Chicago, Detroit, New York, Mexico and all over the world) a chance to develop important life skills, build self confidence, foster lifelong friendships, embrace traditional camping values and return home with an enriched outlook, that there is life and fun without facebook, Wii and YouTube! Select spaces are available around our campfire for campers 7-15, including our 2 or 4 week Junior Tamakwan program for campers 7-9. Also available - a new 4 day mini introduction session for campers in grades 1 or 2. Please call for further details.
