Down-to-earth girls have been building lifelong skills and making lifelong friends at Camp Runoia since 1907!

Camp Runoia is located on a crystal clear lake in Central Maine. The camp experience at Runoia is about trying new things in a safe, supportive, fun atmosphere; learning to love living with other people; and, enjoying all the traditional aspects of camp.

Activities include: sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, waterskiing, kayaking, archery, arts and crafts, theatre, pottery, wood shop, stained glass making, camp craft, riflery, tennis, soccer, softball, swimming, ropes course, environmental education, and outdoor living skills. Our exceptional English horseback riding program is open to campers of all skill levels! Our experienced adult leadership team has decades of experience in camping & education—reach out to us to see if we have space available and learn about our Rookie program.
