We believe that all kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve. YMCA Day Camp is a 5-day enrichment program where kids enjoy a traditional camp experience during the day and are home each night. Days are filled with adventure and discovery activities that progressively build self-esteem and skills while developing the potential of children and teens, promoting healthy living, and fostering a sense of responsibility.

YMCA Day Camp Spring Lake is located in the Spring Lake Park Reserve, overlooking the Mississippi and part of the Dakota County park system near Hastings, MN.

We provide a week packed full of exciting and structured activities for the new and returning camper. Campers participate in small, age-appropriate groups where they build self-esteem and learn new skills.

Traditional Camp Activities: swimming, canoeing, archery, games, environmental education cookouts, arts and crafts and more.

Specialty Camps: two hours of focus on a favorite activity including Animals, Nature, Outdoor Cooking, Fishing, Challenge Course, Arts & Crafts, Outdoor Living Skills, Theater, Canoeing, Teen Camps, Leaders-in-Training, Peak Adventures.

Highlights: Wee Bee Nook, Amphitheater, Groomed Hiking Trails.
