Character-building atmosphere, fun and instruction-oriented. Personal growth through intangibles - self-confidence, teamwork, leadership, individual identity, dealing with challenges. Some 40+ activities - traditional, plus unusual - including English and western riding, Red Cross swimming instruction, fieldsports, cheerleading, drama, dance, canoeing, "Just For Fun", archery, riflery, tennis, climbing and rappelling, sign language, diving, journalism, volleyball, sewing, fishin', war canoe, pioneering. Worldwide, limited enrollment, personable! Camp population small enough to be friendly, large enough to do many fun activities. "Tepees" and dining room fully air-conditioned. Family-style dining, tradition of etiquette. Ragsdale family owned, operated. Role model counselors. Located in the cool Texas Hill Country (2,000 foot elevation) on beautiful Guadalupe River's south fork.
