At The Academy by the Sea we are dedicated to helping youth grow and prosper through an assortment of productive summer programs.
Our academic sessions are designed to assist and enrich students with daily monitoring of academic performance, individual attention, and a supportive faculty. Our class sizes are small (average teacher to student ratio of 1 to 10) in order to provide each student with a personalized arena in which to explore his or her potential. Students encounter energetic and experienced teachers who are sensitive to their personal academic needs. Catalina Island Camps
Residential coed summer camp
Catalina Island Camps is a Summer Resident Camp for boys and girls ages 7 through 15. The camp facilities are located at Howlands Landing on the California side of Catalina Island, 22 miles from Southern California. 150-180 boys and girls ages 7 to 15 participate in the camp's waterfront and land programs.
Activities include: sailing, skin diving, water-skiing, sea-kayaking, climbing wall, ropes course, and many others.
