Camp of the Rising SonFor over 30 years, Camp of the Rising Son has provided a Christ-centered residential summer camp to reach out to youths through focus on building relationships, experiencing creation, encouraging creativity, and having fun. Campers ages 7-12 can experience a week of traditional summer camp jam-packed with excitement. Teens choose among a variety of adventures ranging from Rafting for ages 13-16, Horse Camp for ages 13-17, and Astronomy Camp for ages 13-16 to the Camp Intern Adventure for ages 15-17

Sea Turtle CampSea Turtle Camp is the ultimate marine biology program for teenagers. Come to beautiful Topsail Island, North Carolina or travel to tropical Costa Rica and become immersed in the incredible world of sea turtles.
During this camp you'll become an important part of the conservation effort, working alongside staff to rehabilitate sea turtles at the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital or patrolling vital nesting beaches in the Caribbean. We'll also embark on a hands-on, feet-wet exploration of various coastal habitats by foot, by paddle, by surfboard, and by boat. You can even dive beneath the waves in our scuba classes.
Conservation is a compelling mission of this camp, so we'll spend up to 25 hours working on eco-service projects that directly improve the health of the ocean. If you're between the ages of 13-17 and seeking the marine biology adventure of a lifetime, Sea Turtle Camp is for you!
Adamah AdventuresAdamah Adventures is an outdoor adventure summer program for Jewish teens. We help our campers develop self-confidence, independence, and a sense of adventure while building a strong community focused on environmentalism and the joy of Jewish life. During the 18-day trek, campers work in small groups alongside highly trained staff members to experience both the thrill and the quiet; the whitewater and the campfire; in some of the most awe-inspiring places in the country.
Adamah Adventures now offers four treks to choose from. The first trek is to the lush landscape of the Blue Ridge Mountains (Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina). The second adventure visits the mountains and coast of North Carolina on the Peaks and Paddles Trek. The third trek to the Pacific Northwest features snow-capped mountain peaks and wild ocean beaches. Our fourth trek, Oregon Service, allows 10th-12th graders to make a difference while exploring the mountains and craters of Oregon. Camp CarawayCamp Caraway is a camp for boys, sponsored by the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina. Boys do not need to be Baptist to attend. We also have a Christian backpacking program called Christian High Adventure, featuring male-only and coed trips.
Our camp is located in the beautiful Uwharrie Mountains, seven miles west of Asheboro, North Carolina. Since 1963 more than 50,000 boys have been challenged toward strengthening their Christian walk at Caraway.
MindStretch Travel AdventuresMindStretch Travel Adventures offers adventure travel programs for boys ages 9 and older. Boys participate in camp-type activities during the day such as hiking, exploring, geocaching, rafting, canoeing, horseback riding, and mountain biking. And they also get to spend time just being tourists in some of the greatest scenic areas in the United States and abroad.
Trips vary in length from 7 to 21 days depending on year and destination. In the evening boys stay in motels (most with pools) and enjoy a dinner in a sit-down restaurant. Destinations include: Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, New England, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Canada, and more. Every two or three years MindStretch Travel Adventures offers a unique opportunity to travel through Europe by Eurail. Boys pick and choose where they want to visit and get there by Europe's fantastic train system.
SOAR, Inc.SOAR has provided multi-length, high adventure programs for youth diagnosed with ADHD and/or learning disabilities for over 35 years. Recognizing that the outdoors provides an ideal classroom where relevant learning can occur and life skills can be taught, emphasis is placed on developing self-confidence, social skills, and problem solving techniques. Course are co-ed, and are dveloped for youth ages 8-25 with average to above average intelligence and physical ability. Staff to student ratio is low, and instructors are hired for qualities of maturity, caring and passion for working with our population in the outdoor setting.
Activities vary by location and range from snorkeling and fishing in the Florida keys; backpacking and rafting in the Blue Ridge mountains of NC; surfing and sea kayaking in California; horsepacking and fishing in the Wind River Mountains of Wyoming; to canoeing and rock climbing in the Adirondack mountains of New York. Specialty courses include a trip tropical Belize, learning to whitewater kayak in North Carolina, earning SCUBA certifications in Florida, and even participating in a Wyoming Rodeo! Our Postgraduate program serves young adults ages 18-25.

Camp Hollymont for GirlsAre you or your daughter (age 6-15) looking for a vibrant Christian atmosphere and a variety of activities designed to foster physical, emotional, spiritual, and social growth? Camp Hollymont is a residential camp surrounded by the beautiful Western North Carolina mountains. We lease the property of The Asheville School, a private boarding school. Campers live in dorm-style housing and enjoy beautiful grounds and athletic fields, an air conditioned dining hall, and an athletic complex with a large indoor pool.
Choose from daily activities (skills) such as horseback riding, swimming, tennis, archery, sewing, cooking, arts & crafts, drama, basketball, soccer, dance, and more! Night activities include theme nights, talent shows, scavenger hunts, campfires, etc. Elective off-campus trips include whitewater rafting, waterskiing, and Biltmore Estate excursions.
Camp staff are evaluated and selected on the basis of spiritual, emotional, and social maturity and the ability to teach skills.
Rockbrook Camp for GirlsRockbrook Camp is an overnight summer camp for girls located in the mountains of North Carolina. Rockbrook was established in 1921 and currently is welcoming fourth-generation campers. It offers 2, 3 and 4 week sessions to girls, ages 6 to 16.
