Since 1973, Wilderness Ventures has been introducing exciting outdoor expeditions to beginners and experienced young adults, ages 12 through 20. Our adventures visit a variety of wilderness environments in the Western United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Europe, Australia, Central America, South America, and the South Pacific. Trips range from 14-36 days.
Activities include backpacking, whitewater rafting & kayaking, mountaineering, biking, sailing, surfing, SCUBA, canoeing, sea kayaking, and community service.

Our leaders are the best in the industry with over 80+ hours of backcountry first aid and extensive experience working with students. Our leader's first priority is safety and the second is FUN! The goal of Bold Earth is to teach independence and leadership skills which will lead to a lifetime of exploration, friendship and enjoyment.

Broadreach - Summer Adventures for Teens
Adventure Travel Programs
Broadreach offers worldwide summer adventure learning programs for middle school, high school and college students including marine biology, scuba, sailing, language immersion, science and medicine, community service, outdoor skills and leadership adventures. Program locations include the Caribbean, Central and South America, Canada, Australia, China, India, South Africa, Egypt, France, the Solomon Islands and Fiji. Many Broadreach programs qualify for college credit and all incorporate a community service component ranging from 5-55 hours. Multiple certifications including PADI scuba certifications, IYT sailing certifications and Wilderness First Responder are offered, and trips are 14-31 days in length in June, July and August.
If you're a teenager or college student looking for a summer beyond camp, Broadreach will take you to a whole new latitude. Since 1993, we've taken pride in introducing young people to the fun, educational and eye-opening experiences adventure can bring, and then returning them home with a record of their achievements. Our unparalleled program design, philosophy and approach to experiential adventure create trips like no other.
