Longacre Leadership
Residential coed summer camp
Longacre Leadership is a summer program for teenagers ages 12-18. We are based on a 200-acre farm in central Pennsylvania. Longacre offers two summer sessions, four-weeks and six-weeks. Both begin July 1st.
Here are three things you should know about Longacre. One, you'll have a lot of choice. We offer farming, gardening, horseback riding, community service, the arts, outdoor adventure, and athletics. You choose what you do every day. Two, we offer a lot of support. Longacre is about building lasting friendships. Our staff give teenagers the support they need: the confidence to take a risk, the encouragement to do a favor, the patience to work in a team. Three, we teach communication skills. Direct communication can be hard. We give teenagers the confidence to clarify their thoughts and then the skills to communicate.
Notes: Longacre promotes diversity. Enrollment is capped at 72 teenagers.

Camp O-AT-KA
Residential Boys' Summer Camp
O-AT-KA, founded in 1906, is a traditional boys summer camp located on Sebago Lake. O-AT-KA provides a nurturing and supportive environment for boys ages 8-16. The camp offers superb land and water-sports, along with a strong arts program headquartered in an eight-studio arts center. Campers select from activities including: riflery, archery, sailing, fishing, waterskiing, campcraft, stained glass, nature, music, steel drums, pottery, photography, fly-tying, drama, rock climbing, kayaking, and woodworking. Competitive team sports and skill development programs are offered in soccer, tennis, baseball, basketball and lacrosse.
This summer O-AT-KA will offer a two week intensive baseball program during first session and a pre-season soccer skills and conditioning program during the second session. Older campers have the opportunity to sign-up for a variety of 3 day mini-wilderness trips including sea-kayaking based out of the camp's new off-site facility in South Bristol, Maine. Traditional values, an integral part of camp life, are reinforced by a superb staff, through group living and daily camp gatherings...all helping to build a solid foundation for life which stresses values, skills, friendships, and fun.

Wellspring New York
Residential Girls' Fitness and Weight Loss Camp
Wellspring New York is the only weight loss program exclusively for young women, between the ages of 11-24. At Wellspring New York, you'll make lifelong friends with young women your own age, at a summer weight loss program that will change your life. Wellspring New York offers a 3 week, 6 week or 9 week program.
Because you'll be losing weight alongside young women just like you, you'll find the environment extremely safe and supportive. The young women of Wellspring New York are divided into the separate programs of Lower Camp, Middle Camp, and Upper Camp (18 and older). Wellspring New York utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy in individual and group sessions to maximize weight loss and long-term behavioral change. The cognitive behavioral therapy continues after camp ends through a three-month after-care weight loss program.

Lake of the Woods for Girls is ideally situated in southwest Michigan's water wonderland and offers 2, 4 or 8 week sessions. Campers design their own program from over 40 land and water activities. Our outstanding staff provides a safe environment where campers grow in skills, make friends, increase confidence and most of all just have fun! Campers live in spacious, airy, modern cabins with electricity, hot water, and bathrooms. Lake Cobbosseecontee is the perfect setting for top-notch Water Sports instruction in waterskiing, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and kayaking. International Sports Training Camp (ISTC) is a sports camp in a traditional camp setting. We offer week long camps for soccer, one popular all sports program, and one sport and adventure program for kids ages 15-17! At ISTC you can play sports all day long, blob high into the air into our fresh waters, and race up to the top of the climbing wall and zip down through the treetops.
ISTC is situated in the Pocono Mountains of northeastern Pennsylvania on our beautiful 100-acre private lake and pristine grounds. Camp Betsey Cox is a rustic, outdoors experience for young women growing up in our global world. Betsey Cox intertwines traditional camping with a commitment to programs which develop skills necessary for girls who hope to make a difference in the future. The Camp's strong believe in individual choice has created an unusual and unique program of daily electives. Each girl is in charge of her own choices and the whole camp community treats her right to plan her own day as an important freedom and responsibility.
Girls choose from 15 activities each day. Betsey Cox offers 2,3,5, and 8 week sessions for girls ages 9-14, and an innovative, imaginative three-year Leadership program for ages 15-17. Camp Li-Lo-Li is a Christian camp nestled on 440+ acres of mountain splendor in the Southern Tier of New York State right near Allegany State Park. With its own small lake, babbling brooks, and adventurous wilderness setting, it's a good place for all to come. Featured at Li-Lo-Li are its water sports activities with a pool, a lake, and the Allegany River for those long canoeing rides. Horseback riding for both new and experienced riders can include trail rides into the surrounding mountains.

At Vermont Adventure Camps you will do more than just go on daily adventures. Our camp is a unique and challenging program that enables teens to reach new heights in individual and group development. Individuals work as in teams throughout their camp experience. Campers will complete challenging activities and focus on valuable life skills. Most of which can be applied to everyday situations. The non-competitive, non-judgmental environment fosters feelings of synergy and creative problem solving to expand communication, trust and leadership goals.
The activities are designed to build respect and confidence, while allowing campers to be actively involved in the learning process by thinking, feeling and doing. Our staff will work with your teen with the time they spend at camp and try to meet there individual needs and goals. The program operates on the philosophy of "challenge by choice" where each individual determines the level of involvement best suited to him or her while still contributing to the team process.

Camp Kodiak

Camp Kodiak is an integrated, non-competitive camp serving children and teens with and without LD, ADHD, NLD and Asperger Syndrome. Our campers range in age from 6 to 18. Our program includes a SOCIAL SKILLS PROGRAM, an ACADEMIC PROGRAM and over 50 sports & activities. We build confidence and self-esteem by structuring all activities, athletic, artistic and social, to ensure success. Our staff includes teachers, psychologists, social workers, child & youth workers and recreation specialists. Our camper-to-staff ratio is 2-to-1 and our cabin groups are small.
We are located 2 1/2 hours northeast of Toronto in the beautiful Parry Sound vacation area. Our facilities include modern, lakefront, log cabins with full bathrooms and showers, 425 acres of land and 2 1/2 miles of lakefront. Our extensive indoor and outdoor facilities mean that the fun never stops, rain or shine. We are accredited members of the Ontario Camps Association and the Canadian Camping Association.
In 2007, at parents' request, we started a program for campers age 19 and over.
We call it Club Kodiak. In addition to our recreational, athletic and social programs, we offer our Club Kodiak guests a life skills program. Please see our web site for details.

Operated on the beautiful 77+ acre campus of the Timothy Hill Children's Ranch in Riverhead, Apple Day Camp offers kids the opportunity to ride horses, rock wall climb, hike trails, play sports, make crafts, participate in arts and drama, visit Splish Splash each week, take trips to different amusement parks, museums, and attractions and build lasting friendships all while strengthening their character through valuable moral lessons.

Faith Ranch is a Christian Camp located in Eastern OH. Faith Ranch offers horse instruction from qualified instructors. Each week day you will spend 3 hours with your horse enjoying barn, ring and trail classes. Cabin groups decide daily their afternoon activities which include crafts, archery, roping practice, canoeing, rappelling, colt training and more. Come and encounter the west on these 4000 acres of reclaimed ground. Evenings you may enjoy hayrides, cookouts, campfires, barndances and more. Open house is the second Sunday in May.

We have over 35 activities from which campers create their own daily schedules, including strong horseback riding and wilderness programs. Our facilities include an authentic 1830's farm, rock climbing center, sports fields and courts, and a picturesque waterfront for swimming, sailing, canoeing and kayaking.

After a summer at Timanous, boys return home more independent, self-confident, and self-sufficient. With 125 campers, we know each boy by name and can respond to their personal needs. Located on a beautiful lake in Southern Maine with one mile of shorefront. 90% of our staff were former Timanous campers, averaging over 10 years at camp. 26 states and 11 countries were represented in 2011. Campers choose from a variety of activities including sailing, canoeing, kayaking, water-skiing,soccer, riflery, tennis, archery, lacrosse, wood working, pottery, handicrafts. We also have a strong camping trip program. We have a very high return rate of both campers and counselors.

FOR KIDS ONLY...keep reading! Everything you want from a summer camp is at Fairview Lake YMCA. When you sign up for our traditional sleep away camp, you get to make your own schedule and choose the activities you like most! Our great activities include windsurfing/sailing, archery, arts & crafts, canoeing, rock climbing, dance, drama, in-line skating, kayaking, high and low-ropes courses, snorkeling, street hockey, swimming, voice, guitar, and of course tons of other sports options. We also have a horseback riding camp and other specialty camps for tennis, fine arts, sailing/windsurfing. Some of these specialty camps are only for boys and others are only for girls. If you are the adventurous type, you might want to sign up for one of our challenging adventure trips where you can do some real rock climbing, backpacking, canoeing safaris, fishing, biking or cave exploring.
We have over 600 acres of forests and fields, a 70,000-acre national park in our backyard and a mile-long beautiful lake for you to explore. Our kids and counselors come from all over the world. Camp Cody for Boys and Girls is part of a camping heritage that goes back to 1926. Nestled on the sandy beaches of beautiful Lake Ossipee amidst the White Mountains of New Hampshire, Cody offers a summer experience rich in fun, friendship, learning and adventure. Cody is a traditional summer camp for both girls and boys - campers range in age from seven to fifteen. Camp Cody is situated on nearly one hundred acres of naturally wooded property and a mile of superb sandy shoreline on Lake Ossipee. Our lake is four miles long and two miles wide with a natural sand bottom and is warm and clear. Our magnificent National Forest setting provides us with unlimited outdoor opportunities, in addition to the many in-camp activities we offer.
