Residential coed summer campWhat is the Big Lake difference? We believe it is a combination of two things: an incredible camp setting located in Central Oregon's Cascades and a first-rate staff dedicated to building relationships and fostering personal growth.
Girls and boys ages 7-17 can take part in our "REG" camp program which includes activities such as horsemanship, BMX, mountain biking, archery, geo-caching, sports, art, drama, sailing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, and windsurfing. Our specialty camps for kids ages 13-17 include activities such as rock climbing, skateboarding, white water rafting, wakeboarding, jet skiing, mountain biking, volleyball, golf, basketball, and more!

Residential Coed Fitness and Weight Loss Camps
Wellspring Camps provide a scientifically-based behavioral change program focused on long-term weight loss. The goal of Wellspring Camps is to expose campers who are more than 20 pounds overweight to different ways to get in shape and lose weight so that they continue to be active after camp ends.
Campers are typically grouped by age and gender, maximizing the program for each participant's needs and body type. In addition to recreational activities, campers meet with doctorate-level behavior coaches to make long-lasting changes in attitude and self esteem.
With a Wellspring Camp near you, you can enjoy the benefits of a scientifically based approach, a large pool of resources, smaller programs than traditional weight loss camps, diet camps or fat camps, and the chance to implement healthy lifestyle change in a supportive and fun environment. This summer, you may choose from 12 Wellspring programs: New York, Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, California, Texas, Vancouver, United Kingdom, Wellspring Academy and Wellspring Family Camp.
Adamah Adventures
Wilderness Adventure - United States
Adamah Adventures is an outdoor adventure summer program for Jewish teens. We help our campers develop self-confidence, independence, and a sense of adventure while building a strong community focused on environmentalism and the joy of Jewish life. During the 18-day trek, campers work in small groups alongside highly trained staff members to experience both the thrill and the quiet; the whitewater and the campfire; in some of the most awe-inspiring places in the country.
Adamah Adventures now offers four treks to choose from. The first trek is to the lush landscape of the Blue Ridge Mountains (Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina). The second adventure visits the mountains and coast of North Carolina on the Peaks and Paddles Trek. The third trek to the Pacific Northwest features snow-capped mountain peaks and wild ocean beaches. Our fourth trek, Oregon Service, allows 10th-12th graders to make a difference while exploring the mountains and craters of Oregon. If you're looking for a fun-in-the-sun and an amazing variety of mountain and beach activities, Wellspring Camp La Jolla is the place for you. Campers 11 - 25 years old take advantage of the wonderful sunshine, refreshing local waters, and fantastic campus facilities, campers participate in a variety of outdoor activities and watersports. Then, we cool off back on campus in extensive fitness and recreation facilities, including training and aerobic areas, weight rooms, gyms, and swimming pool. Campers share modern, comfortable, air-conditioned dorms as well as dining and common areas.
Nutrition and culinary classes paired with the delicious food served in the dining hall guarantee knowledge of and love for new foods. Wellspring Texas campers are young males and females with a common goal: to lose weight while having fun. Boys and girls ages 11-18 enjoy an amazing summer of weight loss, fun, and friendships. Set against the incredible backdrop of the Big Hill Country, on the sprawling 200-acre campus of San Marcos Baptist Academy outside of Austin, Texas.

Throughout the summer, Lasting Adventures, guides youth ages 11-18 on memorable excursions in and around the Yosemite backcountry. While having fun, making new friends, and learning about the outdoors, these one and two week-long excursions focus on positive youth development.
Staffed by professional educators and naturalists, our mission is to use the natural environment and outdoor activities to teach youth the necessary skills and attitudes for living successful lives. Through safe risk taking opportunities, participants will be challenged to improve their sense of self-esteem, self-worth, and self-confidence. Along with creating lasting memories, it is our goal that participants will finish this adventure with a greater knowledge of themselves, the world, and the environment around them.
